★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend going to the pharmacy, You book an appointment and you’ll be in there for a whole hour and Watch other people walk in or someone had an apartment 20 minutes ago and still get in before you not a good pharmacy if you ask me??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this pharmacy!! They always go above and beyond for me. Everyone that works there is kind and polite and very helpful. They’ve always answered my questions even the ones I didn’t ask. I always feel well looked after. They take the time to explain what every medication I’m taking is doing. If they don’t have something I want they always order it for me. I can not say enough nice things about this place. Thank you Kensington pharmacy for being so awesome!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist will indicate that your be if it’s card has been cancelled and will only except full payment. This has happened to me on 2 occasions. I immediately checked with my provider and was told there was no record or attempt to process my card.
Beware of their dishonesty.

A great team of ppl especially Shazia who works in the front she always makes sure that I know exactly how to take my medication and when to take it. These people know what true customer service is about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give less than 1 star if I could. I have been coming to this Pharmacy for a few years now and always had goid service. Today I called and was put on hold as soon as they answered the phone and was on hold for 9 minutes. When the lady picked up the call she didn't say sorry, she just started throwing attitude saying they were busy. I asked if I could fax my prescription and bring the original in later today when I picked up but was told no.
