★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist on duty who is also the manager (i dont know her name) gave an antibiotic dose for my kid which is too high for his weight. I gave his weight just so she could use it, but she didnt. She is too mean and rude too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs there extremely careless. They gave me wrong medication. I came back there to get an answer WHY? HOW?. All I got was from manager: " I don't know what happened. Sorry, I will talk to my staff". That's ridiculous mistake that put my life at risk and the way that manager handled the situation. Would NOT recommend anyone to trust this pharmacy (12350 - 137 Ave).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very frustrated with the pharmacist at this location. I will first mention the tech was very nice and friendly but she genuinely didn't know where the product that I needed was. She asked the pharmacist and she kept telling me although I was asking for primrose oil that the hemorrhoid cream aisle is over there, the hemorrhoids are over there. She was being very dismissive and almost ignoring what I was trying to tell her as I was clearly enunciating primrose oil. Finally she just dismissed me to the health aisle on the other side of the store and said yes you'll find it there. I proceeded to the other side of the store did not find it so took it upon myself to Google what the package could look like and went back to the pharmacy and found it maybe 10 to 15 ft away from where she was standing. I very politely mentioned to her just for future I did find the product and it's over here not in the health aisle store her response was, "ya okay". I was expecting maybe a "oh thanks for letting me know" or "sorry about that". Extremely rude, unprofessional and very hard to understand. I feel sorry for any patient that goes there that doesn't speak good English or could possibly be elderly because they will probably end up leaving with something that they weren't looking for. Kind of scary considering she's dispensing drugs.
