★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This comment is both for the public and for Dr M. Albrbar. Dr M. Albrbar can be great but his staff is killing his business because of them I am currently on the hunt for a new family doctor.
I have never seen an environment so unprofessional and distasteful. The staff's behavior is utterly disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a shame that the old negative reviews are still up and affecting this clinics overall rating. I have had an AMAZING experience with all of the receptionists as well as Dr. Aljadi. The receptionists were kind and a pleasure to deal with, and Dr. Aljadi is patient, intelligent and caring. I hope these recent reviews are taken more seriously than any of those old, negative ones as these wonderful people deserve more credit! Thank you to the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lady at reception keeps pushing people from her country ahead of others. I was there for almost 90 mins and I literally saw people coming in and she moves them in. This looks like favoritism for your own people and not at all professional towards other. Plus her attitude is so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Albarar has been very professional, patient and carries a good therapeutic relationship with myself and my husband. However, the staff at the front dext has never given me a good experience. They repeatedly save me in their system incorrectly, and after calling in for an appointment they are always unable to find me in the their history. The front dext personnel/MOA is very disrespectful, impatient, unprofessional, she hanged up the phone in my ear due to a miscommunication she had with me. When I called back to clarify what happened she harsly blocks communication and also threaten to call the Dr. and prevent me from visiting. As a professional her behavior was uncalled for, no compassion was shown. You never know what your patients/clients are going through. She may be going through alot herself but I've always learnt it's not best to transfer such attitude at your workplace. wish I had a record of the conversation because upon answering the phone everything when downhill. I hope something is done about the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to hire new front staff and have more than one on shift at a time. I am constantly being rushed when I call in to the point where they booked me with another doctor. I was told not to worry I would be able to keep in contact with my Rheumatologist while he was abroad for 6 months. When calling into the office to find out whats going on with my results from a ultrasound a month ago there was massive confusion with the receptionist. She eventually told me just to go see my family doctor that the doctor would not be dealing with my results. Which blows my mind considering they had previous call about an MRI referral, and he wasn't in the country at that point. When I asked, Why? What had changed? she proceeded to hang up on me. Very unprofessional and unaware of how things functioned there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for 4pm and it’s currently 5:03pm. I’m still waiting….. I should’ve just done a walk-in if I knew I was gonna wait for an hour anyway. The front desk DIDNT even dare to look at me when I left and told her I have a meeting at 5:30pm so I would have to leave. But did give me a sorry, no eye contact. If you’re the lady who helped me and you’re reading this Hi! Thank you for making me wait an hour :). I had time to make this review from all that waiting in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Aljadi was excellent! He takes blood pressure manually which is literally unheard of. He asks lots of questions, probes further into how it impacts your activities of daily living. Seems very genuine and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Aljadi! Also the wait time was only 30 min and they didn’t make me wait in the doctors office forever like a lot of clinics do. 10/10! recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled out of our way to find a walk in clinic that is open on Sunday. I took my daughter and we only waited about 10-15 min. The receptionist was pleasant and Dr. Alhadi asked a lot of questions and seemed caring. We did not feel rushed like some other clinic I've been to. Would go there again.
