K	Kal Kramer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is by far the best medical clinic in the city. Yes, the wait is long sometimes, especially when there's only one doctor. That should just tell you that if people are actually willing to wait that long, it's worth the wait. I've seen all the docs in this clinic, and every one of them are compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff are all amazing. They are always quick to say hello, ask you how you are, and they WAIT FOR YOUR ANSWER. Not because it's their job, but because they genuinely care. I would give them 500 stars if I could.
B	Brad B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling in to book an appointment in person during Covid, to a clinic that has been historically a walk-in clinic. Once I finally got through to a human and requested to book, they asked who my family doctor there was. I informed them I wanted to make a "walk-in" appt because they need appt basis. They asked me to hold and have my health care number available. I wasn't put on hold. They hung up on me. Now the phone rings and immediately hangs up. Consistently. This is bad. Close your doors.
K	Katelyn Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for a few years and seeing Dr. Njenga as my family physician and it was fine before, however I am super disappointment after my last appointment. He no longer works evenings, which is the whole reason I chose him to begin with, but fine. I took time off work to get a general check up and get a referral to a dietician/nutritionist. He refused to give me the referral, told me I'd have to come back. Rushed through my appointment, was really condescending the whole time. I said I'm also due for a pap, he told me "see a lady doctor" and left the room, I wasn't even finished speaking and he was out the door. I didn't get half of what I needed and I took time off work for it, which I will now have to do again because he refused to do his whole job. Keep in mind when I booked the appointment I told them everything I needed so there should have been no surprise. I guess I'll be looking for a new doctor that actually cares about my health/questions and does all the tests necessary to keep me in good health.
K	Kaela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever. Was told doctor would call me at 1:15 for a phone call appointment to refill medication. Call them at 3:30 only to be told that they don’t give out times for phone appointments and they just call when they can but will call end before they leave end of day. Well it’s end of day and no phone call. Ummm what doctor does that. Every other doctor I deal with has strict times. I can understand being a few minutes late but to not even call. Definitely looking for a new doctor. This is stupid and unacceptable.
C	Crista Christensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kariko is a caring and an amazing doctor! Her team is amazing as well and I can honestly say I don't know where I would be without her. She has been my Family doctor for about 3 years now and I have been to many doctors over the years and none have done for me what this one did. I normally don't leave feed back but felt we needed some positive feedback on here. MADSION( the NURSE) is also amazing and i call her Dr. Kariko right hand as she works endlessly to fill out papers to do the necessary research to find patients what they need etc.
K	Kevin Derksen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got in almost right away when I went in for a visit. The lady looking after me was understanding and figured out a route to go with the issue at hand. I've been here in the past a few times, each visit has been pleasant. Also, with covid, the seating capacity is much less, about 5 chairs in the waiting area. The pharmacy next door is also great, friendly staff.
N	Nona B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming to this location since I was a little kid. Always has great doctors. Dr. K is amazing. Downside is I've never once been able to get ahold of anyone over the phone. I've always had to go in to talk to someone or book an appointment.
k	kevin tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book an appointment to get a RAPID test... Come in early before appointment... Pay the fee and sit for over an hour waiting while everyone else coming after gets in... That's not the way this works... When you book an appointment for a set time that's the time you go for... Why are we waiting over an hour to get a rapid test when other patience that come after are going in first.. Why are we even paying for the test when a nurse does it and makes a kid wait over an hour to get a 2min test... This is a rapid test for a 10yr old. It should NOT take this long or take long to get in or get results. If I could give a ZERO star I definitely would. This is our health services. I sat and watch a hand full of walk in clients go in before a booked time... This place needs to reassess their priorities... This is outrageous.
