โ โ โ โ โ I've only been coming here for a couple weeks now and I've had a really great experience so far. Reception staff are very friendly and remember me every time. I'm on crutches and they always get the door for me. I can't speak for all the physiotherapists, but I've had a very positive experience with Evan so far. He explains things very well and always gives me a printout of the exercises I need to do at home. He's friendly and just as committed to my recovery from a knee injury as I am.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm so glad I found this place. Upon arrival of 1st visit I was greeted by friendly staff who took time to answer any questions I had and the wait time was very short.
My therapist was Nicolas and trainee Melissa. I really appreciated these two as they were very professional. The assessment was thorough and there explanation of what needed to be done put me at ease. As I would be doing exercises at home to help speed up healing they walked me through the exercises dealing with proper execution of them. I was also given a printout, with instructions, of how to complete them. I appreciated the printout so much, as there are times we just don't remember everything...well as a senior I don't. They also answered any and all questions I had. I left feeling quite happy and am looking forward to my next visit.
So if your looking for a wonderful place to go for therapy this is definitely the place to go.
Thank you Nicolas and Melissa you two rock. :)

โ โ โ โ โ Olivia is very skilled and knows intuitively where to work on me and listens so well to what I need. The effects of each treatment are cumulative and I can feel improvement in my range of motion and decreased pain. I am so grateful.

โ โ โ โ โ From the first day I came to Pivotal Iโve always been given the attention and help that is unmatched anywhere else. I can not even begin to thank Farhana, Jessi and everyone at the clinic for all the time and work they all have done for me.
When I first arrived I was pretty much broken, now though I can say that it is almost night and day from where I was to where I am now.
I have met some of the warmest, fun, and absolutely the greatest group I have ever met. I highly recommend anyone on their road of recover to see Pivotal and their amazing staff.

โ โ โ โ โ I was in a car accident 3 and a 1/2 months ago. Team Robin and Hanna have been fantastic helping me with pain management and strength exercising very compassionate and knowledgeable with a great tool kit of different ideas. The massage therapist are fantastic too! BIG shout out to massage therapist Lindsay! Today she helped me so much I cannot believe it! She was absolutely amazing at finding my painful spots and correcting them! unbelievable! after 3 months I am pain free today. Thank you so much Lindsey.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a great experience at Pivotal. I was able to get an appointment quicky. Checking in easy. I was having back and shoulder pains from sitting at a desk for a long period of time, and Flora did a great job in getting rid of that pain. I felt completely better after just one hour. She always made sure I was feeling OK, and that the pressure was not too much. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She seemed very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. Her room was also very clean and relaxing. I will continue going to Flora for months to come. Highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ This was my first time getting a massage from this place and it was so amazing and professional.First when I walked in the place is so clean and had a great atmosphere the ladies and the desk were welcoming and super sweet.Second the massage I had was absolutely the highlight of coming here. I had Flora give me a massage and she was very professional very kind and amazing at her job!. I left feeling good and waking up the next day feeling even better. Will definitely be going back to this place and Flora. Thank you Pivotal for an amazing experience.
