★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Transat Travel a couple times and have to say without them I would be lost! They helped plan many family vacations and even my destination wedding. Most recently we were planning a trip to Europe that had to be cancelled due to the COVID 19 pandemic and Erin Hettle at Transat Travel North Gate location has been so kind, patient and understanding with us throughout the whole cancellation and re-booking process. After a couple years, we were finally booked to take another trip with Erin. With all the new travel rules and changes I truly feel that without her I would be lost. Her expertise and kindness is exactly why I will always choose a travel agent over booking online. In my opinion you cannot put a price on peace of mind or the ability to get help when you need it! Thank you Erin and Transat Travel for helping make our travel dreams come true (now fingers crossed no more travel restrictions happen haha).

Christine has been my travel agent for over 22 years. She has always been very efficient in making all of my travel arrangements as well patiently and in a friendly manner answers any questions I may have.
