Kris was available to answer any questions I had over the phone, through their Facebook messenger chat, or in person. No detail was left to me to figure out, Kris took care of everything! I could not have had a better or more supportive experience booking a trip. I would highly recommend their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the Barcelo Maya Riviera from Feb.3/22 until Feb.23/22. Best vacation here to date! What has made part of this such an amazing experience, is how little stress and worry we had travelling as we always felt that VIP Travel (Janine) was always there with us. Travelling during Covid was something we thought long and hard about and we are so glad we took the plunge! We were sent all applicable information, Itinerary for flights, the resort and hotel/airport transfers. we had forms for additional medical emergency travel sent to us as well as the Covid Expense coverage in case we got stuck there due to a positive test. ( we were good, no problems!) at all times, we had a contact phone number as well as an email address if needed to contact someone directly in case there were issues in Mexico related to the trip. (there were none) The few questions we had, we were able to reach out and had our responses back in a timely fashion. Janine was kind and patient with us through the whole experience. She never made us feel like we were bothering her. If you want to have a bit of peace of mind when travelling, get this travel agent and Travel Agency to help you plan your vacation!! It was a great time and we were able to fully relax and enjoy our time. Jack and Michelle
