★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried the Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist at this location and the quality of service is pretty good. However, the front administration staff has unprofessional service which has pulled my rating down from 4 to 2 stars. The front desk never smiles and doesn't acknowledge you when you come in. They are not friendly and are unprofessional. I arrived 10 minutes early and apparently the front staff never advised the service provider that I was here so I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes for nothing.

Service of Receptionist: 0 stars
Update 20211227: The owner has actually spent the time to look into the issue and find my contact. It's great to see that Forward actually cares about their reviews and takes ownership of the incidents. Increased back to 4 stars for that reason. I didn't accept the offered recompense to avoid any conflict of interest to this review. Instead, I advised the owner that I will give them a try again and update my review based on any improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient here for 2 years and quite honestly this is easily the best facility of its kind I've experienced to date. The booking process is simple, the receptionists are friendly and accommodating, and there are a variety of practitioners from different disciplines.
I have been seeing Melissa for needling and physio treatments and she is simply amazing. Friendly, energetic, and fantastic at her job. I have seen some great results with chronic pain and posture issues.
Recently I saw Dr Kosta for a lower back and neck problem and was thoroughly impressed with his extended initial assessment. He took alot of time to ensure he understood the issue before treatment and did more than quick 2 second adjustment which is common with alot of chiros. After some muscle work, stretching, and an adjustment I felt fantastic the following day.
As someone whose been to a myriad number of treatment centers, I really can't recommend Forward Physio enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forward Wellness is a perfect place to get your body back on track. The staff is personable, well trained and full of experience. It was my first time there and I didn’t feel uncomfortable or awkward. Even though my appointment was with one person, they all work together to be sure the patients needs are met and exceeded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a patella surgery 3.5 months ago. I am so happy I got to see Steve after 8 weeks of surgery. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with my injured knee and working with me patiently to build up my muscle and got my knee function well. He is amazing, very friendly and caring. Will definitely recommend him and Forward Wellness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there once a month usually for a deep tissue massage I Love it! This week I went for cupping for the first time And loved it. The staff of super friendly. I always get massage from Donata. She is simply the best! I will never go to any one else for a massage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robert is the best physiotherapist I've ever seen... Due to some ineffective experiences I've had in the past with other physiotherapists, I was skeptical about trying someone new again. Robert is like no other! He has so many "tools" in his "tool belt", he uses an array of methods and thinks very differently from others. Additionally he is very intuitive which has lead to amazing results! I look forward to seeing him again!

Steve and his student Pearl were fantastic. They did their assessment and then showed me how to do the exercises and sent the program through email.
It’s so nice to go to one location for Chiro treatment as well as Physio and massage therapy.
One stop wellness centre in North Edmonton (but easily accessible from St Albert too!)

Great place, very friendly and clean. Love the cleanliness part?
The best part of my experience was when I was asked to wash my hands instead of using hand sanitizer. It is so refreshing and made my day the moment I walked in.
If you get the chance check out this great place!
