They range all the way from a week to a month long getaway and up to a 2 month extended vacation. Most recently when Covid caused our trip to be cut short she was able to arrange for us to come home within 24 hours. She looked after our insurance claim and as a result of all her hard work we recovered everything owed to us. We would not think about booking a trip without using Christine Roaquin. With her vast knowledge, my husband and I have been able to have the most memorable trips. Over the years, Dianne has gone “to bat” for us when various travel situations have thrown us a “curve ball” - the most recent being able to get us home from abroad when Canadians had to return home due to Covid. We cannot say enough about the service we receive from Dianne. We feel so very lucky to have her as our agent - she is a gem!
