★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the staff there were so ignorant, the way i was talked and treated when applying for assistance. I had to go back 3 times before one of the staff understand why I was there and needed the help. I do not want to be on assistance any more than the government wants me on assistance. I left in tears 2 out of 3 times. I hope i never have to return there....ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not this location. When you call for emergency help the lady on the phone and the guy on the phone were very rude and hung up. What kind of workers does the contact centre have working for them. Very disappointed in the way the call was handled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for help with EMERGENCY rent arears. Lady on the phone said it should be resolved within 72 hours. It's been an entire week and the case manager isn't even replying to my emails or my phone calls. Homeless at the end of the day.
Thanks for the help. *sarcasm*
