★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to this location numerous times and gotten no help. Got a referral sheet showed up at 7:45 and by 8:15 they are full for the day and won't help you. How is this government service helping people if they're turning people away as soon as the doors open?? With the unemployment rate in Alberta these services for training and job resources should be more accessible for ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a science degree and the east Indian woman working there told me to go work as a dishwasher to repay my loans. She was extremely condescending and unhelpful.
I was scheduled to come in the next day at 8:15 am, which I showed up for, and was immediately scheduled for a different appointment the next day.
Turns out that they scheduled me for an appointment on a day that they aren't even open, on a Saturday, with two employees named Pamella and Lisa.
I'm going to be treating this as a genuine mistake, and go back there on Monday. If they are still unhelpful on Monday I will be reporting them.
Went back on Monday and all these other people were kind and cooperative so it could have just been that first lady I was scheduled to see. Hollie and Shikha were extremely helpful and provided lots of resources.
