S	S Lohr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I made an appointment for 3pm arrived on time. I know doctors offices can get crazy busy but this place was not. I expect a 15 minute wait and that's cool, doctors are vital. However the front end staff incompetence is amazingly astonishing at times. I waited 45 minutes went up to complain was told 2 ahead of me then suddenly there is no one a head of me and I am ushered in to a room to wait. There are 3 other people in the waiting room who all had appointment. I witnessed 3 patients ahead of me that also complained and were ushered in. Zero stars if I could I need a new doctor.

p	private name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sabri & aren't good. Dr Kondi is ok in provide medicines but he is speakless He didn't want to talk much. No explanation about my problem. I came & told him about my symptoms & he printed out prescription. Only me talked. Dr. Sabri didn't listen what I tried to tell her about my symptoms. She kept cut me off with her comments. I left her office at unsolved problem & concerns. Disappointed. This was the second time I visited there because my Dr. Office is closed for a week. Don't go there.

Now I have to go to work tomorrow and I don't even know how I'm going to be able to do my job ??? How could the doctor be so self-centered and unempthetical How am I supposed to go to work in pain still injured!!!! she didn't do anything of worth!!!

They do not clean the rooms after each patient, The reception area is filthy, The staff are jammed into a small work space, They go through staff and managers Daily. It's very unprofessional. Dr Ismail is extremely rude, and treats his staff like garbage. The best thing about this clinic is Dr Sami Altayeb.

I was told that most dermatologists in the North would be a couple of months wait, but that there was a clinic in the deep SW that only had a waiting period of a couple of weeks. So of course I asked to go to that one. I confirmed and asked if I would need to contact them, or if they would contact me, and he assured me that they would contact me in a few weeks. It has now been just over 2 months and I still have not heard anything from any dermatology clinic. From the looks of it, most people have issues with requisitions from this place. I won’t be coming back to this unreliable clinic
M	Mira Masilungan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an appointment today at 9:30am then the receptionist told me they changes the schedule and no Dr’s available they don’t even call their Patient to inform that they need to rebook their patient and that filipina lady instead of apologizing she’s arguing with me telling me everyone are new and telling me early in the morning that I’m giving her an attitude which is I’m just explaining my side and i want her just to let the management know that this is 3x now. I always give it a try that maybe they changes already. Who will gonna be happy that u came early and expecting that I have an appt then no dr…??? I wont recommend this clinic anymore to our patient. If i can give 0 star i will.?I know it wasnt her fault but she should listen and say sorry at least. Terrible service and they came late too. They don’t even greet their patients. Dr. Ismael should do something with his staff. Teach them how to be professional and how to handle this kind of situation.
