★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE! Horribly horrendous experience. Was seen in a readonably timely manner and the staff is reasonably courteous are about the only good things to say. . I didn't like the fact that the doctor didn't seem to understand the words I was using to describe my ailment. The ailment itself he seemed to be googling on his phone as well... Not too mention even though I said I had no money and no benefits he still prescribed me a prescription I couldn't fill worth over forty dollars. The pharmacy couldn't help me at all. Neither could this clinic. I'd actually like to give no stars. Wasted two hours of my incredibly sick time for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctor, pharmacy staff and receptionist. I have been with them since 2015 and have had an easy time booking appointments and receiving my medications. It is also easy to access by ets bus/lrt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited twice this place, and I had positive experience every time. I wasn't there for any doctors nor for medications. I was there for parcel pickups as they do business with some shipping services. The staffs were nice and friendly. The service was prompt. I would definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here has been beyond amazing. Dr Hamid has been super professional and has expedited a sorely needed surgery on my shoulder by referring me to the right people. He also listens and does his best to treat you. Their receptionist is also the best I've ever delt with

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dodgy place. Went here for a walk-in because I coming from downtown.
The pharmacy was open and the pharmacist said that the clinic was open.
Waited ten minutes behind the counter for a woman to come from the back to tell me the clinic was closed. What's the point of that?

is very good for getting tests done and with follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hmeid is the worst doctor I've ever seen. Racism on a whole new scale. I'll never ever go there. Not even if I'm dying. Gave my mom a xray paperwork and didn't even put on paperwork what she was supposed to get xray. Blank paper. Guess you just fill it in yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent reception doesn't book appointments. Went in after booking an appointment over the phone and was told they didn't have me booked. As well the doctor isn't compassionate to people with mental health issues. My partner has mental health issues that hinder her ability to work full time. She asked the doctor to help her with Aish application and was told no because Aish is for lazy People. Do not use this clinic of you have disabling mental health issues. It's a joke.
The pharmacy allows drug addicts to use their land line to make calls to their dealers as well. A very sketchy guy did this in front of me and I'm in recovery. It was triggering and I felt unsafe. Very unimpressed with this clinic.
