Eastwood Medical Clinic - Edmonton

Big mouth nurses and management. I am not recommending this clinic no respects for client, waited 1 hour after that they said there was no doctor no option given. Terrible place and AVOIDE Paediatrician DR. ZUBI

Now I understand why this clinic has so many bad reviews...I just call today to ask appointment for my two sick daughters to see a doctor... front desk receptionist is so very RUDE, she not helping at all...she is not fit to the job...I ask questions in order to learn more information about your clinic as a new patient..

If you want to see dr. Zubi make sure you tell your newborn to not get fussy or have a dirty daiper and cause you to be late. Because his rude staff will rudely tell you that youre a no show even if you are 5 minutes late and they will overbook with patients because they are money hungry leeches on society.they dont care about you or your baby. A good pediatrician should have some tolerance and know they are dealing with babies not adults.

This is clinic is good but AVOID Dr Zubi ( pediatrician) at all costs. Just had the worst experience! If the child is scared of getting ears examined, there's no need to get rude and say " I have other patients waiting" is the worst of tone!!!! Instead try to calm the child!

Long waiting time. I was there today, the receptionists are rude , unfriendly, they don’t care about patients.always gossiping instead of working. I was charged for a doctor note yet the person before was not charged. I wanted to speak to the doctor but they refused . They kept on saying that the fee was waived and other excuses. . I will never go back . Poor customer service . They were very rude,and screaming at me. They made me pay because of my race.

I absolutely love this clinic! the doctors and the staff are so professional and friendly. The doctors take their time and the staff are so accommodating. Since moving to Edmonton 3 years ago I've been looking for a family practice I am comfortable with and I am so happy I found this place. I have a lot of complicated medical issues, and I really appreciate how much they went out of their way to help me. I don't even mind driving here from my home in the south side!

I’ve been a patient here for 9 years, almost 10. I’ve never had any issues until this year. I’ve been on the same medication for over a year now, but recently they’ve been making me see a doctor to get my prescription refill. Now I’m late on my meds because of this, and there is a receptionist with pink glasses and brown hair who I recognized from a previous issue at this clinic, she had told me it was not her issue and was careless about me not being able to get my refill. The issue before this with this receptionist, was when I was bringing in my 2 year old who had a fever. I had phoned in prior to coming to the clinic saying my son had a fever and we didn’t have covid tests at home. They said it was okay and the doctor will still see him, I even heard the nurse ask him while on the phone. When I arrived the receptionist who has been giving me issues had told me we will not be seen without a covid test, and I argued that I was told it was okay on the phone and the nurse confirmed it with the doctor. She insisted that we will not be seen, and I was angry that I had brought my baby there for nothing. I talked to another receptionist about my frustrations and she had accommodated that we see a doctor that day. I’m about to stop coming here. We had another issue with the pediatrician dr. Zubi. My son has a dairy allergy that I had suspected before he was a year old. He would not agree with me and told me there was no way to test him for allergies due to his age. I took him to a different doctor who told me this was not true and referred my son to an allergist promptly. He had a dairy allergy as I suspected.

Really great clinic!! It's very clean, and the doctors are really professional and thorough. The staff and nurses are really friendly as well. It is so different from my previous clinic that I am leaving! I am really happy with Eastwood. Overall, 10s across the board
