★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Wednesday and booked an appointment for Friday fully explaining that I had some short term disability forms to fill out that are on a deadline and if a physician would be ok with filling them out. After confirming that it would be okay and going to my appointment I was quickly dismissed after the forms were barely looked at and was given an excuse by Dr. Regi of being too busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews on this clinic should say enough about this place. All 1 stars. My sister in law had a horrific traumatic experience at this clinic, and they should really consider the way they run this practice. No one in our family will ever return here. Long waits, even when you have an appointment. Horrible doctors. Horrible staff. They should really get re-evaluated by the college of physicians!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible doctors terrible receptionists. they have no clue about their own doctors availability nor do they have any idea of their own patients.
scheduled an appt a week in advance got told the day before that they forgot the doctor took the week off. i waited 3 months for a psychologist referral only to find out that they never filed it.
terrible doctors office with absolutely 0 communication or care for the well being of their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to this clinic for years and generally like it. Dr. Kuganathan is who I see and I really like her. She wasn’t available this week so I saw Dr. Kitwanda for my 8 month old son. I genuinely got the impression that he didn’t care at all. He didn’t say hi when he came in the room, interrupted me and didn’t even touch or look at my son. I was there for a referral so I get that he didn’t need to look but bedside manner is important…and when I brought up another issue he’s having that I’m concerned about, he didn’t ask one question about it, just said don’t worry about it. I would be nervous to go to him if I had anything of more importance to bring up.
The front staff seem nice for the most part..but there is one who cuts me off every. Single. Time I call. If I don’t answer her questions with one word she talks over me. I get that you’re busy but I answer phones on busy days at work too and don’t do this.
All in all they need to do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. One of the girls helped me with the status on my referral. Her name was iya. Took her time and explained everything thoroughly and provided me with awesome resources on how to follow-up! Very much recommend people who want to see happy faces :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad had a Drs. Appointment with Dr. Moiz. He was extremely kind and professional. Lynn the receptionist was a delight to deal with, she was extremely professional and made everything a breeze for us. We didn't have to wait, they got us in right away. Thank you North Edmonton clinic. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn’t answer the phone after 5 attempts, so I went to the clinic at 10am with its it’s bright ”OPEN” sign on. Receptionist says they take walk-ins but the morning doctor didn’t show up so I’d have to come back at 1pm. I offer my details so she could pencil me in for 1pm. She says first come first serve for walk-ins. I return at 1pm she says no appointments available. Then she says she MIGHT be able to get me in if I come back at 3pm, “when the other doctor comes in but he’s always late.” Don’t waste your time with this completely unprofessional “clinic.”
