★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has defrauded me. They provided fraudulent services that were not aligned with the requirements by Alberta Government. I am now required to choose another agency and pay the same fee for the same services. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs! RCMP should investigate their fraud and their customer service that provides incorrect information to their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant believe Sarah the manager took 90 dollars for a road test and never let us do the road test. I had the car tested before taking it there and they said everything worked. At
northtown registry they said my top brake light wasn't working so we couldn't do the road test. So I asked for a refund and they wouldn't refund my $90. The manager Sarah would not resolve the issue with us and told us to fly a kite. We asked nicely for our refund and she said that's not how it works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.8 stars and lower each time I look at them it speaks for itself. I took a road test at first where I really wasn't prepared, so I studied, I drove, got comfortable behind the wheel and went again. What a bunch of crooks. First one failed me for not shoulder checking the sidewalk, the other had me parallel park in a high traffic area. How am I supposed to be calm in that environment. He took me on a different route too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have no complaints with regard to the registry itself. the clerks are friendly and helpful, and i would recommend it’s registry services. my complaint is reference the driving test examiners. i’ve come to the conclusion that the government of alberta must supply registries with these examiners because there is absolutely no way any self respecting registry business owner would willingly hire such lacklustre, unprofessional and incompetent exam staff. the nonexistent overall standards between examiners to include their own interpretations of the driving laws of alberta, their poor attitudes towards driving test candidates, an overall lack of professionalism and a flippant attitude shows clearly a severe lack of intestinal fortitude to their own profession, and is truly a disservice to the people of edmonton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I have never had an opportunity for a Road Test, I have worked closely with Mihaela and Malak for Fleet Registrations. I can say these two ladies have always put me (the customer) first and offer me professional, friendly service. I know the Agency is busy at times, and customers need to understand to have some patience. The staff is doing their best to accommodate everybody. Be kind.

First time horrible experience with a lady named Heather. She was extremely rude and in front of my child. To the point my 8 year old daughter asked why the lady working there would be so rude when she doesn't even know us. I was there because I lost my wallet so stressful enough
Second time I went. I let the guy behind me go first so I didn't end up with her again (hopefully he had a better experience) this time it was wonderful the lady was helpful and made the experience effortless ands simple. I didn't get her name but she was great so thank you! 1 star for my trip there Monday 5 star for the one today landing at a 3
