Wow! Wow, talk about ignorant women. Go somewhere else so you do not waste your time and they will ruin your day. I did not know that a lease was on a vehicle, I purchased from an auction house in early March. They kept asking me for another bill of sale. I gave them a bill of sale with the original signatures. I said I had the invoice they billed me but no, not that. I had waited both times 45 minutes in line. They kicked me out because I could not understand what a lease, which I guess is a lien on the vehicle, had to do with me getting registration on a vehicle. I've been there twice for the same vehicle to be registered and both times I had to get something that I didn't think I needed. You think they would tell you the first time? But No, they did not. A bill of sale from an auction house, not the normal registration forms they always use. They wanted me to do a lien check & pay an extra $20 for it while my bill of sale said it was clear of all lien, lien free. But this was not good enough. And because I did not know what they needed (In regards to a Lease) and I agreed to the extra charge they asked me to leave. I did not swear at them but was very confused & said you guys are unreal. Left and when to another registry which they explained, I needed a letter from the leasing company stating the lease is released of all liability. Do not worry I will not be back. Call ahead & make sure you have everything but wait "I did". They said they do not release any information on the telephone. And that solved nothing, except for wasting my time three times. Good riddance.

I've had the pleasure of receiving all the assistance and information I needed from the friendly and very helpful staff members that goes by the names of Michelle, Shaista, Cheryl, Angeline & Cherry at this registry. Both the service and my experience was far beyond my expectations. Thank you guys and continue being great...!

I have been going there from last 5 years. Awesome and very friendly staff. Shaista is amazing and very professional. She is super helpful, kind and always provides excellent customer service. Overall it's always an awesome and great experience to go to One Stop Registry and I would highly recommend this place.

I think his name was Ahmed (examiner #12421) that administered the full class 5 test for me twice caused I failed the first time (thank GOODNESS I got him the second time too). He is an angel of a human being. I would highly recommend coming to this registry if you're trying to get your full license. He is kind, patient, and gives you really helpful tips as well. But be prepared!!! Little mistakes add up to make you fail. When I failed he did not berate me or get angry. He calmly explained what happened and when I had questions he happily answered them. He also took the time to explain every mistake I made as well, even on the second test. He also told me where I really excelled which was nice.

They're all amazing wonderful people, extremely friendly and professional! I've only been going to this registry for the past 5 years because of the employees attitudes and incredible speed. If you wait more than 15min they're busy. P.S. MICHELLE IS THE BEST!!!! SHAISTA is second best :)

Front room staff were very kind but could definitely use another person at the register, both to lighten their load and expedite the process. Road test is very meticulous. The instructor I not was very kind but doesn't miss a single thing. As long as you know what you're doing, you're in good hands!

Although it gets busy at times, this registry has excellent customer service and is accommodating to each person’s individual needs. My kids and I had come in for a legal name change and we were guided through the process in a calm and friendly manner. We were even advised to make a slight change in our plans that saved us $271.00! The lady sitting at the very front was especially helpful.

it says on their phone, on google and on the window that they should be open. it is 12:51 and i’ve seen 4 customers try and go in since we’ve been here calling to confirm the hours. what a joke. mother’s day isn’t a stat holiday and if you’re closed PUT A SIGN. absolutely wouldn’t suggest wasting your time driving here because it probably won’t be open ! * funny that the owner commented saying that it “clearly says on their website” that they are closed every second sunday, once again put a sign :) if it’s not on your phone or your door why should i have to look on your website too? 3/4 places say you’re open, that’s NOT CLEAR.
