Nehali and the new trainee on shift today were phenomenal! They were so helpful and kind at walking us through the process of getting our Marriage certificate and walking us through the license process as well. I have never has such a great experience at a registry and will continue to return for all my registar needs! Great job to all the staff for being so kind and friendly.

I went for my learners test with my 2 kids 5y and 10m and was helped by Jonathan. He was very nice and professional. There was a wait time and he asked me to pay and come back in 5 mins. When I came back I read that the cut off time was at 5pm there was 2 mins left.. but because I paid i would be the only one in the area with my children. I let one of the staff know and she said rudely “it doesn’t matter if the cut off time is at 5 you cannot bring the kids and this” (meaning my stroller). I again repeated myself and she again continued to be rude, and the other lady on the other side was being saying the same thing as her. It broke my confidence.. I walked my kids to the waiting area where I was greeted by another staff, she was so sweet and just told me to go ahead with my kids, that she had already talked to her. I let her know that this girl was very disrespectful and she apologized for her behaviour. I start doing test and my daughter is using my phone, it was loud so I immediately grabbed it from her and turned it down. The older lady on the left side from “2” told me I’m not allowed to use my phone, ok I understand and I sold her I just grabbed it from my daughter to turn it down. She again said rudely, you cannot be on your phone and your daughter can’t be on the phone either it wouldn’t be there ti others. Ok?? Where are the others.. I was 4 questions in and I left, wasted my money to be treated less .. sometimes us single moms don’t have a choice to bring our kids everywhere and I also understand that sometimes we can’t be accommodated but at least have consideration. I wanted to ask for a refund but I didn’t bother, I was infuriated by the way I was treated. Train your staff to be more professional. Especially the 2 by the exam area!! Never going back!!!

The staff here are fantastic. I saw them handle an angry belligerent fellow with class and grace. Later, when the line got a bit long, someone greeted us individually to be sure we had what we needed and such. Very professional!

I have had good experiences here in the past, but today we needed to renew an expired id. The person said she couldn't do it without a birth certificate, which is fair, but when we asked if she could help with that she kinda shrugged and brushed us off. When I got home and looked up instructions online it turns out I could have acted as his designated agent to order his new birth certificate while there. Very dissapointed in the customer service. Saw several other customers leave angry and dissapointed.

I was in the other day and had the pleasure of Jasmine helping me. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in customer service! I wish I could give her more than a 5 star rating!

Very disrespectful and zero customer service. Went to get my driver license but the lady with long curly hair told me to get my citizenship certificate when i had my ID WITH ME. The second time i went there another lady said that she can't read my doctor's handwriting and semt me back so we erased it and came back the next day and they still said that they don't accept it anymore when it literally had my doctor's signature and everything. The only thing i know is that your staff members (except few) do not want to work at all. I've seen other customers leaving unsatisfied. Do better! improve your customer service.

Nehali and the associate in training were incredibly kind and informative. Their service remains one of the best interactions I've had within any business, and have left a lasting impression. Hiring the two of them was an incredible decision by this registry. Thank you for your assistance in providing our marriage licence and thank you for the laughs you provided as well. You are awesome!
