★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband purchased a package of 5 ceramic cartridges for our evolve plus pen. When we started to use them the first 2 in the package worked fine but the other 3 will not work. I came back to the store the first time to exchange the 3 that didn't work but was informed by the staff that it has been past 7 days so a return cannot happen. I left the store and when I got home I read the sales receipt and returns of accessories is 14 days and it has not yet been 14 days so I returned to the store with the 3 cartridges to try to exchange the 3 cartridges for three that worked I was told by the same staff member that I should have brought all 5 back because and I quote was told What are we going to do with them?I was told I will have to go to the manufacturer for replacement
I have been shopping with this store since opening and I feel that is very poor customer service I would hope as an owner you should be aware of the service that I received

One thing I have noticed with legalized pot is getting ripped off. If I’m paying for 3.5 grams then that’s what I should get. If you are buying 1 OZ (28 grams) and every package is off by .10 - .50 that’s significant!
I know it’s not four20 premium markets fault or any other store but they should be bringing this issue up to their suppliers.
Second thing, some of your prices are laughable. $50.00 for 3.5 Grams? That’s highway robbery!!
Sorry to say but if you don’t fix these kind of issues the grey market will always be bigger then these little shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cartridge from these guys, it was old and stopped working, so I returned it and got another one. 2 days later the 2nd one I bought stopped working also. I shouldn’t have to go back twice in a row for old and faulty cartridges. L products L dispensary
