β β β β β We brought our small dog to see the vet twice. One due to vomiting and diarrhea and another as a follow-up for an ear infection. Dr. Rasmussen and Dr. Neville checked on our small dog these two separate times. Both were very friendly and accommodating, took time to explain step by step what we have to do at home and patiently answered all our questions. Their charge was reasonable. Follow-up was free of charge. The vets and their staff are all friendly and welcoming. All in all our experience with them is very good and we highly recommend them!

β β β β β It is a small business so if there are a lot of people in the waiting room, it can feel crowded.
But the staff is VERY friendly and knowledgeable. I will happily bring my pets back.

β β β β β I have been taking my animals to Doctor Lee since we moved here in 2002. When Dr. Lee is not available I feel very comfortable with Dr. Sired (Dr. Jen). Never seeked out another vet as I have never felt the need. Best place in the North and highly recommend to anyone that is looking for compassion, discussion and the best care your animals could ever receive.

β β β β β Took my first cat here when I got her as a kitten and then our second cat needed some dental done, took her elsewhere and found that it wasnβt completely accurate. Castle downs is much better, more throughout and when you talk to the staff they are always pleasant, compassionate and understanding. I will be taking both of our pets here going forward

β β β β β Very impressed with Dr.Lee and the staff at Castledowns Animal Hospital. My husband and I recently moved to Edmonton from BC and I did extensive research on the vets around town because I was very close with our Vet back in BC and I have exotic animals. I took one of my rabbits in for teeth trimming and a wellness check and he went above and beyond any vet I have ever been to in the past. He talked me through every single detail and addressed my concerns in such a calm, professional, and friendly matter. He was extremely gentle with my rabbit and showed genuine compassion for him and myself.
The front desk staff and vet assistants are also very friendly and informative, I felt very welcome in an unfamiliar environment.
100% recommend Castledowns Animal Hospital!

β β β β β There are very few vets in Edmonton that deal with exotic animals and reptiles. The one that we normally go to was on vacation, and I felt that we needed to see someone about my leopard gecko right away. Dr. Lee was amazing. He spent an hour with me and went over everything so thoroughly. I was so impressed with his exam and his thorough questioning about her enclosure & care. I was so impressed! Thank you so much Dr. Lee!

β β β β β Visited this clinic for the first time today. I had called in to book an appointment and the lady at the desk was super kind and helpful. My dog has anxiety and doesnβt like other dogs and they had me call when I arrived so they could bring me and my dog right into the room. The Vet was very nice and thorough with explaining everything to do with my dog. She was also very gentle and kind to my anxious dog which made the appointment that much smoother. Everyone here is so lovely and kind!! Best experience.
