β β β β β The mail boxes are broken into every 2 to 3 months, which forces residents to pick up mail from a mail Depot that is only open 4 hours per day (10 AM to 2 PM). There is a security camera but seeing how this has happened 3 times in the past 12 months, I'm guessing the camera doesn't work (and Management doesn't care).
Walls get damaged every middle and end of the month and can take up to 3 or 4 months to be repaired.
One of the stipulations of renting here is proving you're employed - but if you work past 4:30 PM on days when the rent is due, you have to chase the Service Reps around town because there isn't a Service Rep on-site past 4:30 PM (even on rent day).
Floors/ceilings are old and you can hear your neighbor's every step above you. Not highly recommended for light sleepers.
Fair bit of crime in the parking lot, probably due to the not employed drug addicts who have friends over to their units at all hours of the day/night. You'd better keep your bicycle in your apartment or on the balcony if you live here, and even then: lock it to the guardrail, because some of the drug addicts climb onto the balconies at night.

β β β β β Do not consider this apartment. I have been complaining about creaky,noisy floors from the apartment above mine for some months now and nothing has been done. Sleeping has become a nightmare.

β β β β β Landlords did nothing to fix problems we were having with other tenants in the building. Thankfully they are letting us out of the lease and we are moving because it was Boardwalk's fault for not addressing the problem.
Location is great however.

β β β β β One of the best property to live in. We live here for almost 6 years and we found that location our own home. Really professional and helpful Building Managers. Big Thank you to Rossanna to help us from the first day of Notice to last day of Moving. She is awesome, professional and always ready to help when you need her. BIG THANK YOU to Rossanna (Current Building Manager) and thank you Boardwalk for everything they provided us during our stay and feels like our own home. Really missing Lorelei House.

β β β β β Rossanna is the best residential manager ever ,she makes you feel like home.She goes above beyond her duties to get the jobs done right.Best 2 years That I lived here or I would had lived here longer but had to move due to health reasons.
