★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinnacle pointe North is a beautiful building! I am so impressed with the finishings and floorplans. I've been looking for a while and there is no where else you can find all that for the price. A/C and Underground parking! The rental staff are great to deal with too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern & well thought out apartments. Fantastic upgrades normally reserved for only upscale condos. I love how the 9' ceilings open up the suites. The AC was so nice to enjoy this summer. Very responsive property management team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGMENT! They dont reply to any emails or concerns. (Because they're so busy in the middle of the month doing nothing) This building had mailbox, parking garage & units broken into in a matter of months and due to "confidentiality" they choose not to tell residents! I would say high criminal activity and poor to no communication between resident and "management". Also no assigned parking stalls to units or building, so you have a good 10 min walk if you want surface parking. Dumpsters are in the back of the building and no back doors to the building.Again another 10 min walk through and around the building to disposal. I would love to rate 0 stars. Dont get trapped into the high rent they're asking for complete garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope anyone looking to rent here would read this review. For an entire month we did not have working power due to a breaker short. Meaning the power would shut off anywhere from 4 - 8 times a day. Managment took a month to figure out the problem instead of hiring a professional, at our expense. Because after all of that they charged us full rent. Although they know it was their buildings problem. We were told it is "just a hot building" when we asked why the temperature is always at 83F all summer and told to " run the A/C" which is quite challenging when the power continuously shuts off. Our second day here an electrician had to be called because the electrical outlets had no working power. A month later the toilet needed to be replaced due to leaking. 2 months later (winter) heat was not working. Stove had to be replaced. This bulding is brand new yet has countless issues. Also check out their Facebook reviews, something I wish I had done before signing a lease. They are rated 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in terrible apartment buildings but at least they own it, I cant believe this place has the audacity to call it's self luxury living. Prepare yourself for weekly 24 hour notices to enter, while the staff walks around smoking everywhere to enforce their no smoking policy. Easily the worst building manager I have ever dealt with, the unprofessionalism knows no bounds. Nice building, but the cost isn't worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reside in one of the townhomes and with the pandemic it was hard to find a place quickly that was carpet free and well laid out.
Real Estate agent Lori was very responsive and we connected right away because of her personable response.
Just like in everything there are pros and cons.
Thin walls but neighbours are quiet.
Overall the space is unmatched, searched and still occasionally browse and it’s hard to find a fulfilling space as Pinnacle North Townhouses.
In terms of services, it something breaks or gets disrupted they fix them pretty much the same day in most occasions. Thanks to Helen and the entire staff!
We changed provinces and moved from Ontario so this is bang for your buck when it comes to space and comfort.
In spite of all what has happened over the past year, I thought I would have had more regrets but I honestly don’t.
Thanks again Pinnacle North for making my townhome comfortable and my transition smooth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager Hellen is not to know how to talk to tenant. In three month time elevator broke down 17804 97 st I m senior and it’s very hard to come down and go up. When we talk to manager Hellen she start screening snd yell on us, no visitors parking available any time people they park car all day a night. When we want to talk then they start screening not good. Please this thing I m going yo take to top of the people who own this building they should know what kind a manger working here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently moved in to Pinnacle Pointe North and so far have had a great rental experience from viewing the show suite to residing here.
Helen and Helga are both keen to help their tenants enjoy a positive living environment.
Minor maintenance issues have been responded to promptly with a clear explanation if not able to be immediately addressed.
The common areas are well maintained - even the glass and mirrors are fingerprint free! If a spill or garbage is noticed on the floor, it’s quickly cleaned up seemingly even after hours. Management lives on site and the fact they care about where they live shows.
Great layouts with tons of space and quality amenities such as top of the line kitchen equipment, full sized washer and dryer, range vent actually vents to outside rather than back into the suite. On-site storage units, a fully equipped gym, and access to trails right from the parking lot compliment the in suite features.
Situated in a well established community with ample access by public footpath and roadway, there are many shopping and leisure amenities near by. Quick access to the Anthony Henday makes commutes to other areas of the city convenient too.
