Great security, clean, well managed and the grounds are kept-up throughout every season. Rules are reasonable and put in place for everyones safety and comfort.
The staff are respectful, kind and eager to help in any way they can.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay a GILL ESTATES!!

Gill estate staff and building is definitely one of the best I have seen,the company takes care of the property well. It is modern and ABSOLUTELY wonderful place to live Great security, clean, well managed . Rules are reasonable and are for everyones comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was the nicest rental I’ve had. The only reason I left was to be closer to school. Quiet and beautiful scenery and a very safe neighbourhood. Beautiful modern features and extra security cameras is a huge plus. The owners/landlords are very kind and attentive?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building staff are wonderful and helpful even when they were busy with the new building going up next door last year. The other residents are friendly but respectful of privacy. The green space, basketball court and park are wonderful views. This was my first apartment after a major change in my life. It has brought me peace and that is priceless. I highly recommend this management company and Gill Estates.

I've always noticed the property being well maintained & regularly deep cleaned. Neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is peaceful. This place is run by honest people. Overall, Great Value for money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time moving out and I was so happy with my choice to stay at Gill Estates. The location at Crystallina Nera was perfect. The area was quiet and the view of the lake was beautiful. The apartment unit was bright, modern, and had large windows to allow plenty of sunlight. The patios were large and spacious. I had a very seamless move and the Gill Estates team was very kind and always so quick to respond when I had an inquiry. Sadly after a year of living at Gill Estates I had to move away to start my practicum for school, but I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in moving into an apartment in the North end, especially if you are looking for a safe, quiet neighborhood. I will miss this apartment very much!
