★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice townhouses but the construction in the complex is way too loud, even when they said in the beginning that the frame was built to sound proof better than others. You can hear everything from people talking to cabinets being closed. Also we had problems with our floor that needed to be fix 3 times and there were many things around our townhouse that needed to be touched up and it was handled but not very well. There is not much parking around and it takes a long time for someone to either come clean the area, put sand on ice, and there are dead trees that have not been taken care of. It is hard to tell what our condo fees go towards when nothing is being done. The neighborhood is super nice and clean but there are better townhouse complexes that are handled with much more care and consideration.
