★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably going to be my new home my home that was my home in 1997 unbelievable how you can end up in the same spot after all these years and nothing has changed definitely definitely have to check my my life myself but most of all they've upked the buildings very well it's a clean area there's some dirty lots but you know you get those hindering people it brings back memories stepping inside one of these and that's what I need I need memories I need roots these guys kept these townhomes/pmqs very clean very friendly staff and very informative and very affordable can't wait to make the move oh they all most of them have the original hardwood floor just hope I pass that credit score

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places I have ever rented. old, not maintained and not clean. They have floods, cockroaches, and mice infestations. Also they will nickle and dime you, squeeze as much money as they can out of you when you decide to move out. Terrible people managing, terrible living. On the bright side, after getting out, the relief is almost euphoric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sky T. is an amazing employee, genuine caring and always a pleasure to see and deal with when it comes to home issues, question and concerns. Because of her, living here is enjoyable and my mind is pit at ease. She connects with the community amazingly well and is the go to person! Always a smile on her face!! The maintenance crew is pretty awesome too. Thank you Sky, Dean, Ryan and Steve. For making my house a better place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave this place 5 stars about a year ago, but today I would like to put in some context. Never before have I had a rental that made me feel so at home. I feel as though the people here truly care about me and my well being. This place is safe, peaceful, and provides me with a sense of security I never felt in a rental before. If you are looking for a place to rent, I could not recommend this place more! It is a amazing family atmosphere. Thank you everyone who manages the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing place to live, it's very quite and great for families with kids. I had some issues regarding the follow up on my request for maintenance at the beginning of my rental, but with the new staff that took over around November 2018, things are fixed quickly. I appreciate the care they take on following up on issues and getting things done in professional manner. Great job team, keep up on the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon moving into this community I felt that it was really a gem. The longer I stayed the more wrong I knew I was. If you are thinking about renting here run. There is constant dump trucks in the community seven days a week from 7am-7pm. This was the final straw on top of leaking basements, freezing winters, inconsistent maintenance and an overall bad experience. When moving out we spend days cleaning the house to ensure that the house was in tip top shape. We completed more than what was required on the list (including paying to laser match the paint for patching) and genuinely tried to leave the house better than we found it. The move out inspection took every opportunity to keep our damage deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i guess others didnt get shown what they tried to rent to us. it was small for a 3 bedroom, dirty and ugly as heck i would not rent here my husband took one look and ran away lol this is a perfect example of looks can be decietful
