★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT buy their car wash. I don’t normally write negative reviews, but this car wash is just complete and utter garbage so something must be said. I generally use Esso car washes and they are awesome, never had any problems. I figured I would try this Shell’s car wash out since I was getting gas anyways. Huge mistake. There is a film of dust on my car after running it through twice. None of the grime was removed which I could easily wipe off with a single stroke of my finger. I understand this is a touch-less car wash but not all touch-less car washes are created equal. This one is garbage. Then they refused to give me a refund and here I am posting about it. Waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service someone could ask for. Person that was working on June 22,2020 very rude and always has been. She should not be working there no matter what the situation is. People like that should not even have a simple position to even run a gas station. Should go back to get some education first and then thought some customer skills. Zero starts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to Shell at 11:55pm trying to get a car wash. We tried to punch in our code but it wouldn't work. Tried to go into the store to get help from the attendant but the doors were locked and the attendant was sitting on a stool playing on his phone. The lights were all still on and he didn't bother to come help. Terrible service!!!! If you're going to say you're open until 12am actually be open until then. What a waste of our time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, rude staff. The girl working refused to accept my cash even though there was a sign right next to her saying they still accept cash. Not my first issue with this location hence the 1 star review. Hopefully management steps in and re-trains their staff. I definitely won't support a busy that is rude to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just paid for gas and nothing went into my tank. Still got charged though. The clerk wouldn’t refund me either. Been going to this station for years, this is awful customer service.
Any comments on this Shell??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location and easy access. I get my gas at different Shell locations and this is was a good experience. I did not deal directly with any staff as I paid directly at the pump with the smartphone app. Gas prices are reasonable. I like that Shell partners with Air Miles because I am a collector.
