The town house itself is all right but the neighbourhood is sketchy. Somebody stole our Christmas decorations in the middle of the night. Not a friendly neighbourhood. I called the number in your reply and told them you told me you'll be able to assist, me they said no we can't assist you for that. And you think I really give my real name on the Internet. I assure you I live here.

If I could give them zero stars I would or -5 stars. We got a two day eviction notice, but we only got it the day of the eviction. The woman who came to change the locks and get the keys from us came over an hour early. She was very rude and rushing us. We were only able to take a few things and clothes for the weekend. She told us to call the leasing office to schedule a time to pick up the rest of our stuff. We called customer service and she told us that they would call is back. She didn't call back and a few days later we were able to get some of our stuff, when we arrived we were missing a tv no 2 phones. When I asked the worker what happened to them she looked scared and said someone tried to brake in and must've stolen them. I told her you said someone tried to brake in but it sounds like they weren't able to get inside. She told me the police went to the place to investigate. I think whoever has keys to the place probably took them. The guy who opened the door for us informed us that someone tried to brake in, from the sounds of it whoever tried to brake in didn't get inside. So the only thing I can think of is that the workers who have keys to the place must've taken the tv and phones.

Just a couple of pointers for those who are thinking of getting a place here. $1399 + utilities for 3 small bedrooms and a teeny tiny bathroom, compact kitchen and living room. I’m not over exaggerating they are small! So disappointed with the bathroom, let me paint a picture. You open the door, behind that door is your bathtub, to the left is your little sink, and in front of you is the toilet. Its about the size of a storage room. Boardwalk is cheap with their maintenance as well. Please stay away from boardwalk you can find better places for the amount you pay here.

Do not rent here. Black mould throughout the units. Had a health inspector go through ours as it was exposed for renovations where we lived without a kitchen for over a month. We had to fight and threaten to go to the rental board to get half off that month rent. They renovated the units but did a botch job. The new cabinets didnt fit over the old ones so there are gaps in the new floor. They scuffed up the paint and wouldn't patch it after several requests. They didn't fix items from our walkthrough when we first moved in. The windows and doors are extremely drafty and your heating bill will suck more than usual in the winter. You can see daylight through the closed door. Management is terrible. They will mislead you and then give you the runaround. Our neighbours sounded like they were constantly trying to kill each other. Cops are always flashing lights in the area. This past fall a swat team with assault rifles raided a unit. I was bike riding with my kids when we watched it all from across the road. Rent is expensive. We found a place across 127th on 153rd nearby. Rent is cheaper, has a dishwasher, more square footage, 1.5 bathrooms, and more importantly not boardwalk. One positive about boardwalk! They have decent fenced yards that you can put a garden in.

Had a horrible experience living here for 2 years. They got me in for a pretty decent deal for my first year but when it came time to resign the lease they upped the rent by $300!!! On top of that I had to deal with homeless people on my lawn and in my yard. There’s a bar across the street so things would get very rowdy on the weekends, there was 2 incidents where I found vomit on my lawn and driveway. There were neighbours that would fight at all hours of the night. I made multiple complaints with nothing but rude responses and nothing being delt with. Things there got so bad that I feared for the safety of my daughter and myself and had to leave. I DO NOT recommend these townhomes, living there was a nightmare and they are not even close to being worth what they try to charge for them.

Before I moved in I actually read the reviews on here and was a little skeptical. The townhouse: the house was good itself, decent size space, great yard, house features were nice. (I stayed just shy of a year, before covid caught up with me, they made leaving very easy and helpful). Through the whole time I was there I had zero issues, the neighborhood was good actually, no one stole anything, no crazy stuff at all really. I have 2 kids and the kids loved it as well, very family friendly. The staff were always helpful and maintenance came fast. Probably one of the better rental experiences I've had in Edmonton.

I lived in Caernarvon Court Northwest Suite 11 from 1994 to 2014. This place was really nice then with lots of families back then. The townhomes felt big enough for starting families. There were large trees on almost every lot now all chopped down, there used to be the tallest giant swing and a metal merry go round in the first backyard field and the second one had basketball court and a spiral metal slide. My dad paved the sidewalk by the parking pad at the front, planted a Lilac and Burch tree in the backyard which grew so large sad to see that they were chopped down just a few years ago, also we had a 2 story playhouse in the backyard which was demolished when we moved. The North side in the specific area in general looks rundown now, it lost its freshness and child friendly vibe.
