★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deposit for unit was NOT returned in full even though my contract stated deposit to be fully refunded in case I had to back out of sale. They returned 3/4 of deposit and still kept 1/4. On the verge of being illegal.
Lawyers agreed with my contract. They want you to spend good money to get good money. My unit was resold within a month, and still NO DEPOSIT returned. It took 8 months to get what I go.
