Minutes from a variety of restaurants and amenities. Easy to enjoy area on foot or bicycle as trails and sidewalks lead in all directions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained , good location ,non smoke free apartment. Elevator and hallway full of smoke smell. During winter often seen an old man smoke in underground parking lot.
This building is more like a senior apartment, most residents are retired and sensitive. Police vehicles are often seen in visitor parking .
