★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a viewing to see an apartment not only did no one answer the phone or come to show me the place, no one called me to say that they couldn't make the appointment no one has even called me to reschedule an appointment after hours of waiting and viewing different places. If I could give zero stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been living here for 3 years already. I have no issues on this apartment. Also, this is our home since we migrated in this country. I love the location because it has lots of access to the establishment such as superstore and downtown. The place has its walking distance to the bus stops, parks and convenient stores. The staffs are accommodating and friendly too.
Lastly, this place is just a 10 minutes walk from and to my work. Thanks boardwalk for welcoming us here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the past 2 months we have been plagued by bed bugs coming out of our base boards in our bedroom. Boardwalk did not conduct any investigation as to the source and showed no interest in conducting one when asked by myself, only offering to conduct a spray treatment to my unit.
It’s quite concerning when your landlord would rather keep a potential infestation on the DL instead of addressing the issue head on and potentially solving the issue without any other tenants potentially being affected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived here for about 8 months and the staff is amazing. Hallways and the laundry rooms are kept extremely clean. All the amenities are super close. Neighbours are all friendly.
We had an issue with pests when we moved in and they had pest control here right away to fix it. Since they acted so fast they got rid of the problem in a timely manner so we had no long-term issues with any of our belongings. And I've just gotta add: in this city in any older apartment building or shared residence complex there are going to be pests. But thankfully the staff at Castle Court made sure they were taken care of instantly and they used a good company that took care of the problem right away.
Once our fridge broke on a Sunday and maintenance was here within an hour to fix it, so that was a relief.
We had to have our main window replaced in the living room and they put a brand new one in. No more leaks when it rains and thankfully since it's winter the new window keeps our suite much warmer.
Also, the pet-friendly environment here is great for families with fur babies! If I could give Castle Court 10 stars I would! Boardwalk has been a real pleasure for us to deal with. Thanks for the great service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Castle Court Building complex is run by a new Manager named Maureen. She has taken over for a few weeks now. Things are definitely moving to the right direction at Castle Court. Maureen is polished, filled with compassion and is ready to put the tenant interest in the forefront of the equation. She is a very well experienced person with effective communication skills. Maureen is definitely the person Castle Court has been waiting for, for so long. Maureen is a true leader, a solution provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been here for almost 3 months and that was a very bad experience with boardwalk.
From the fisrt day we saw some cockroach in our appartment and marijuana also in my floor .
We called them 4 time and all the time they play with us .
Right now they want every month do spay . Imagine I have 10 months baby is allergic from chemical spray they used .
All this from first and right now and there is storage full of bad smell of urine cats .
Right now I'm very sick with this strong smell .
They came to change the floor but they didn't clean so poor management.
All the residents suffered from cockroaches here .all the building is affected and they didn't care .
Sorry to said the truth about this building.

My experience with the company for the year I really have nothing good to say about it.
Cockroaches, terrible customer service when dealing with noisy neighbours who parry everyday at 3am, and hidden rules or costs forcing you to stay for the remainder of the lease.
Other companies work with tenants and are able to bend the rules slightly to help them out. Boardwalk will not. Don't rent with boardwalk unless you have to not worth it.

April 8th was the worst day of our lives the 1st anniversary of the fire at Castlecourt has come and gone. My husband Ian MacDonald-Brown lived there for 18 years and myself Debbie Macrae was there for 13 years we cherished our home deeply... Trying to move forward it's been hard this fire has changed so many lives in different ways...it's hard to smile again! When they started construction in February there was hope a positive feeling Castlecourt was going to be rebuilt.
I would like to give a huge 10 out of 10 to all the hard working staff that includes
Senior Office Manger (Maureen) Landscaper (Jerry) Maintenance (Anthony) Cleaner (Jason) my husband & I would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work you put in each and everyday of the year.
We all want Castlecourt to be whole again without our staff it would never happen...
