★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro installs handled all of our appliance installs on several occasions. Professional and very thorough.
The were very respectful of our home, which we can’t say about most installers.
They helped inspect all our equipment upon delivery, which helped us identify issues that we were missed by the movers/store.
They even helped to repair damage from the movers afterwards.
Even all the repair technicians from various high end brands say they are the best.
Definitely recommend them for all your installs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro-installs was fantastic! We recently had our kitchen remodelled and pro-installs did a great job. We had a minor issue with our fridge after using it for a few days and we weren't sure if we had to talk to the appliance store or our installer. Dan from pro-installs came back, took a look and fixed it in a jiffy. I would highly recommend them for getting your appliances installed just right.

He was very knowledgeable on the operation of the new ovens and took the time to explain certain features. He was not in a rush and his level of service and professionalism was outstanding. We have no hesitation on recommending him for your appliance installation!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is responsive, reliable, and provide excellent service. The intake / quoting process is seamless and the pricing breakdown is detailed, something I appreciate. The team arrived when they said they would and they took great care to move my washer and dryer up two storeys in my home with no damage whatsoever. As well, I was given some helpful practical info about my set-up. Very professional. Good value. And friendly to boot. I would hire Pro-Installs again and I recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to the guys from Pro-Installs to get my new appliances installed and the recommendation was well worth it! They accomodated an early morning service request and were punctual. They did a professional job, protected our hardwood floors and completely cleaned up the mess afterwards. Customer service is hard to find these days but not with Pro-Installs. I highly recommend them for your next appliance install.

Dan from Pro-Installs was awesome. Even though the contractor made some errors with placement of a gas line and electrical, Dan was extremely helpful in resolving the issues with the contractor.
Although he had to make a second trip to install the rest of the appliances, I have no doubt that it would have been done RIGHT the first time.
Dan was very knowledgeable and professional, everything he installed was spot on. Communication with Kyla was great. Highly recommend Pro-Installs!!
