A big thank you to Moen's after-sales service for sending me the faucet hose and screen washer very quickly, allowing me to fix my faucet, your service is great! I would tell my friends to buy Moen's products too.

After encountering a low water flow issue with my two year old Reza model kitchen faucet I contacted Moen Canada. In addition to sending me parts to resolve the issue the ended up shipping a whole new unit at no charge. Really impressed that they stood behind their warranty with no hoops to jump through. I am officially a Moen customer for life!

Made the call after a plumber indicated the shower cartridge failed or was failing. A call back within 2 hours. Service agent Waqar could not be more helpful. Confirming that it was a 1222 shower cartridge which was failing and promised to send another replacement. Life time guarantee and the only downside was only 3 years of service before failing. Cannot understand the number of negative reviews for this company. As for the product, isn’t everything manufactured in China where the finger can be pointed for quality control?

Our house has all plumbing fittings from Moen. I have availed the warranty service for different items 6/7 times. Kitchen faucet cartridges, faucet hose, soap dispenser, shower faucet cartridge. I read through the negative reviews and it is absolutely mind boggling. To me, Moen has a phenomenal customer service and warranty program. I will always use Moen products for this reason. Please keep in mind, some times they may have to verify the legitimacy of a warranty replacement by asking a few questions and depending on the day and person that may appear a bit awkward and/or unpleasant. To me, it is absolutely fine, considering how entitled some customers can be...

I don't know what their issue is, but worst customer service I have ever experienced. Correction...zero customer service b/c you can't get a hold of anyone. I left a call back number because the wait time was between 2 to 4 HOURS!!! When they called back 3 hours later I wasn't able to get the call and they never called back, never left a message. I had to schedule ANOTHER call back for more than 24 hours later! Seriously?!? If the company's helpline is 24hour backed up, how many issues do their products have? Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! How is this company still in business? I had a kitchen faucet installed. About 6 months later it started to leak. A steady stream of water that flowed under my sink and ended up dripping through into my basement. I called the "customer service" number and no one answers. You have to arrange for a call back in THREE DAYS!!! Totally ridiculous. You can't answer your phone earlier than three days??? I finally get someone on the phone, after there is water dripping through my ceiling for three days. She says they won't replace the faucet. She will only send a new cartridge that i have to install. Obviously the people here who are going on about the "awesome warranty" work for Moen. So i wait a week for the cartridge and some metal ring to come in the mail. More water damaging my floor and ceiling. I install cartridge and metal ring. Six months later it is leaking AGAIN!! It only has to do one thing: keep the water in the sink and out of my basement! How difficult is it to make a faucet that can do that? Obviously, the minimum three-day wait for a call back is planned, to discourage anyone from actually getting any service. This company has the WORST customer service i have ever experienced. I will never ever buy anything from Moen again.

Kitchen faucet (discontinued model) began to feel loose and could not be tightened. I emailed Moen with photos of the faucet explaining the situation. The next day I received an email reply with a diagram of my model and tracking information for replacement parts being sent on warranty. This is exceptional service! Lately (during and post-COVID) I have had a lot of difficulty getting any company to respond to an issue. This was a breath of fresh air.

I just received superior customer service from AJ. Had an issue with a kitchen faucet in warranty. No hassle the employee explained what was likely the issue, what caused it, and promptly dispatched a replacement. This is how warranty support should go. Nice easy and professional. Well trained staff member and reliable brand. Will have Moen on top of my choices for replacing all fixtures in the three bathrooms I'm renovating this year.
