So, it would be nice if they attempted to knock more than once....if say someone was in the bathroom or waiting for their kid to wake up from their snooze or if someone was in the back and didn't hear any knocking or whatever. I myself waited near the front door while my baby slept and I didn't hear any knocking at all! Now I can't get my delivery until tomorrow afternoon when I was HOME during his attempted delivery....?

GO guys were in contact the day before delivery to give us a delivery window and they called 25 mins before they arrived. The delivery team were very professional and had to bring the appliance up the stairs as we live in a town house which was a challenge. Appliance was unwrapped before it came in and the old appliance was removed. The Fridge freezer is now installed and looks great.

Good scheduler, let us know via auto call with a time window of delivery. Great service, lady were courteous. We only had the appliances brought into the garage, so i do not know how good they are bringing into house etc. Items were left in cardboard boxes, thats what we wanted, again not sure if they are supposed to unpack? That was our experience, for us, very good.

There is a reason why they are so cheap, they are incompetent. Stay away! Driver didn't even attempt to call me, item wasn't picked up, then shown as delivered! I tried to resolve the matter, then the rep says its my fault, when they know the correct address. Very incompetent services. If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true. Stay far away, it's not worth the headache to save a couple of dollars.

Don't use this service. They are unreliable, incompetent and have poor customer service. Our first experience with them was when they delivered a washer and dryer unit with a huge damage. We didn't accept the item and cancelled it and ordered another one from Home Depot. Go Logistics supposed to deliver today. Yesterday I called them three times if the delivery is confirmed. They said it is confirmed. My husband took a day off from work so he can be at home during the delivery. Just got a call that the delivery has been cancelled and the way message was conveyed to us was in a very arrogant way. My husband has no benefits and he is no work no pay. They don't seem to care anyways.- UPDATE: I GOT A CALL FROM THE COMPANY AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW THAT THE DELIVERY WILL HAPPEN TODAY. THE DELIVERY FOLKS CAME TODAY WITH THE WASHER AND DRYER BUT THEY CAN"T BRING IT TO OUR BASEMENT SINCE THEY NEED ADDITIONAL TWO MORE PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD HAVE PLANNED IN A MORE EFFICIENT WAY.

I worked at Cambridge Station for 9 months. Management is a joke. They went through at least 50 drivers since I started. All their van's are damaged. They'll even try to blame you for damages you never did. 3/4 of their work force dont know how to drive. Vans that you like to drive always end up in the worst condition. They dont want to change their signal bulbs even though its dangerous to constantly make stops at customers house when other drivers cant even determine if you are even stopping. Their van's aren't equipped with winter tires. If you get stuck in the snow your going to have to pay out of pocket. Your not allowed in customer driveway. So if you have country road stops, they expect you to walk. Your not allowed to leave anything in mailbox. The company manager is indian, so if your not indian dont expect shift unless it rains or bad weather. You can work 6 days one week and 2 days the next. They claim to pay you flat rate, but your not allowed to return to the station until a certain time, unless you go help someone with 10 stops and do their job even though you already did yours. It's the same people that need help with their job. In my opinion if you can't do your job you need to find another one. If you don't take a break, they'll message your temp agency and send you a warning saying the reason why packages go missing is because you rush your route even though you only had 2 missing packages in the last two weeks. Tell hr department your supervisor is making false accusations against you and to look into the situation. Tell hr department Break is an option and not mandatory. You have to pay me for break, but I don't need to take one. Then after its addressed to hr department about the issue you'll end up getting fired for not that issue about the missing packages, but for behavior. Even though no such issue was ever documented. Pretty sad that you work as a temp for 9 months and can't even get full time. I would rate 0 stars but you can't. By far the worst company I've ever worked for in my life.

Worst delivery experience of my life: - July 7: Ordered a portable dishwasher from Home Depot - July 17: Finally delivered. Delivery person rolls it casually down a half foot drop without slowing down and left before I had a chance to look at it. Unit was damaged with the bottom of the door crumpled inward, blocking the door from opening properly. - July 17: Ordered a replacement from Home Depot customer service. Was told GO Logistics would contact me within 5 - 7 business days - July 28: Still no contact. Home Depot CS rep says that GE confirmed the unit was delivered to the shipper on the 23rd. - July 28: Contact Go Logistics myself. They claim to have no deliveries in for my order number and have no idea what I'm talking about. - July 29: Call back to Home Depot CS and they tell me they'll initiate a warehouse search for the lost unit with GO and I should hear back in 3 - 5 business days - Aug 5: Get an email from Home Depot saying they're just now starting the warehouse search and to wait yet again 3 - 5 business days. - Aug 14: Still absolutely no contact from GO. Even the Home Depot rep says they've been trying to call GO all day and are not getting any answer despite the company being open that day. Rep recommends cancelling the replacement order and ordering a new one to speed up the process. I do so and the first replacement is declared lost in transit. - Aug 17: GO emails me to say the new delivery is scheduled for Aug 19. - Aug 17: 6 hours later I get another email from GO saying the delivery has been cancelled because they can't find the unit in the warehouse. - Aug 19: A GO delivery truck shows up at my house anyway but does not have my unit. The drivers are as confused as I am what's going on. - Aug 19: I contact Home Depot again and they say the delivery has been rescheduled for Aug 24. GO has not told me this. - Aug 20 (Today): A month and a half later I still don't have a dishwasher and the broken one has been sitting in my living room for a month. I still have no idea if the replacement will actually show up next week or not.

Great customer service! The sales rep Sherry was very helpful and explained the delivery process very well. I got my new refrigerator, electric stove and microwave , the delivery was on time , and the driver called 30 minutes before to confirm. They moved all my stuff to the basement as I requested. Its good to know there are companies that still value and provide great customer service.
