★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. I arranged TWICE with them to have someone come take a look at my dryer. Both times no one showed up. No one even responded back to my email confirming they were showing up. Don't bother wasting your time with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called GNA appliances to come fix our fridge as the handle was broken… they charged us a $75 service fee to come to the house and confirm what they were already told over the phone. Then they ignored our calls and strung us along for over 2 months telling us they are waiting on a part, with no real intention of fixing our fridge. We finally called another company and they were able to fix it within the hour, no additional parts needed. Awful company, and a complete scam, avoid at all costs.
