★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea how this company has such high reviews, which is exactly the reason I decided to hire them. They put blatantly wrong information on my return and then pressured me to sign it anyways, refused to answer questions I asked multiple times that lead to incorrect information being filed, practically refused to explain how they came to such egregious errors, and neglected to confirm they double checked my return once I pointed them out. We're talking claiming business expenses that I NEVER LISTED and NEVER EXISTED (like 300+ for utilities, their only response when I asked where they got that was that they removed it), or completely random numbers (for example, 405 for accounting services when they, the only company I hired, charged 322) -- two of many other errors. Don't file with them unless you know exactly how to review what they send you back, they literally just made stuff up on my return and refused to be accountable to it. Absolutely inexcusable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was dissatisfied with the service. I was promised that they will submit on my behalf child benefits application and that was close to 3 months ago and as I have called CRA today they told no files were submitted by mail or electronically.
Trust is all what matters and I do not trust you anymore. I had to submit them by myself today and will have to wait 8 weeks more before I hear back from CRA again.
Really dis-satisfied with services provided.
