B	Bradon Geoffrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike has a knack for delivering up a bad attitude and does not own up to making mistakes and botching up a project. To top it off, Mike expects and demands that you fix his mistakes yourself or pay him money for his own mistakes. He is deluded in thinking that he knows everything because he goes on to wreck everything he touches. Has no idea how to use a measuring tape and his "eye" is out of line by 1000%. Cost me thousands of dollars and I had to do most of the work myself. Absolutely would not recommend Mike or Toronto Home Theatre to anyone EVER. Extremely dissatisfied and will never do business with this turkey again. Unprofessional and distrubing attitude. If you want to know what you're getting from Mike, check his vanity licence plate first. Kicking myself for not catching on to that one sooner.

I found Mike thru a friend at work and was happy to get everything delivered & installed.. I can't believe I was watching a 40 inch for so long. This new 55" LG is unreal and now that it's up on the wall, it just cleans things up... but my favourite part of this installation is the Sonos Beam and Sub. The sound is just outstanding, more than what I expected for movies and for music of course. Toronto Home Theater was exactly as advertised from the reviews I read on Homestars... if you are in the GTA and want an all in one solution, call these guys. They are outstanding!!!

Mike helped me understand why a QLED and bumping up to a 70inch was just right for my place. They worked with some of what I had and the rest was an all out upgrade, they listened and I was picky on some sound items but we made it all work. 5 star guys all around thanks!!!

Was able to get the Samsung QLED my husband wanted (demanded) without having to leave the house. Price seemed reasonable when I cross checked, installation was cleaner than when he started even with my changes. We connected our existing home theater system and decided to add in comprehensive remote. The reviews were true for us. Mike took care of us. thx.

Always wanted BIG and didn’t think a projector would work, well it did and it is killer. I’ll spend the extra on proper blinds as suggested in case I really want to black it out during the daytime. Movies in 7.1 and Sports at a new level. I ended up getting 2 quotes and heard multiple options. The other company pushed for a TV but for the size I wanted it didn’t make sense. Mike stretched the budget here & I still can’t believe what I’m looking at.

Mike made time in his schedule to come out quickly for a site visit to formulate a plan for our tight timeline and was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He not only was able to supply us with the needed parts but was able to salvage a few items we had in our facility to save us money. Mike and his team’s work installing our commercial plasma panel, audio distribution and in-wall speakers well planned out and executed flawlessly. These guys know customer service. We are very satisfied. Thank you!
R	Reid Beckett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISHONEST, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIKE Mike charged $99 for consultation, we reviewed design with him and his contractor. All seemed to be on the up and up. Then he asked for payment to order the equipment. We paid him for a full Dolby Atmos system, Monitor Audio speakers, TV, over $13K in total. To his credit, he delivered the equipment to us. However, since delivering the equipment, Mike has gone AWOL. My wife has been phoning him for months. We are now stuck with $13K in equipment including speakers that we can't install because they don't fit in our walls. The least he could do is return a phone call. I would not recommend this company at all. They are just out to sell you as much equipment as possible, take that profit and run with it.

Mike was super responsive, very informative and provided clear, excellent communication regarding all products ordered. There were no surpises with pricing - what Mike told us about cost was what it turned out to be. We found his pricing on equipment to be very fair. His suggestions for what we needed to make our home theatre our new favourite room were spot on. We love it! I highly recommend using Toronto Home Theater!
