Sure would be nice is employees especially the ones in the front would take a breather & LOOK UP FROM THEIR CELL PHONES to greet customers; instead of customers then having to walk around the store tip toe’ing around looking for employees that aren’t too busy in their cell phones. Nice!!! 11:40AM.. No Hiiii open entry but upon exiting I get strange childlike sounds coming from Maria the same employee standing at the front who couldn’t be bothered to raise her head nor walk me to the section which then I needed to physically walk to the cashier & ask for someone to physically take me to the section. WOW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misinformation seems to be the norm here! I returned my husband's tablet as the screen was broken and they said that once the decision is made us to whether or not it can be repaired the data can be transferred. when I returned to the store after being told that the tablet is not repairable I was told that unfortunately the data was lost and they can do nothing about it.
I always purchase extended warranty insurance. I went to return a PS4 controller today which is broken and I was told that there wasn't a warranty on the extra controller that I purchased. I apparently was misinformed by the employee so basically I'm out $80.
The manager wasn't helpful at all and was actually quite arrogant and rude.
Buyer beware
You're better off purchasing at Costco where they return your items without any questions.... I guess they value their customers more than Best Buy

From repairs to installations.
They are never at fault.
Waste of money!
See BBB Better Business Bureau on reviews on the Geek Squad and Best Buy you will be disappointed when you read to the reviews. I'm angry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Amer; store 931!!! I have been waiting for a Matte White GE Cafe range since October 2020 from another appliance store. I finally found it at Leaside Best Buy, I placed the order for pick up, wanting to guarantee I would receive it. I live about a hour and half away from the store and wanted to confirm it’s actually there. I had my sister go there with all the information and Amir was able to confirm the availability, he didn’t just check the system, he went and checked in the back. He also advised us that we should get it delivered, as it is extremely heavy. Payment had not gone through on my original order and we needed to cancel and re-order it, his manager was required and she also assisted Amer in completing my order and arranging the delivery. Amer and the appliance manager went above and beyond to ensure my range would be getting delivered ASAP. I’m so grateful and appreciative of the time and attention they took to make this all happen. Exceptional customer service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great buy on a Sony Bravia TV at the Leaside location Best Buy.
Very helpful staff, and the Sony booth I could see all the models to make a good informative decision on my purchase.
All the staff was very friendly and it was an enjoyable experience.
The warranty coverage and installation, my Husband was not to thrilled about.
The warranty and installation was pretty much over 50% of the TV cost.
Then , we were asked if we were interested of becoming part of the Geek Squad Members Club. We declined!
This part we did not like.
If we are buying a new TV for over $1,400 taxes in. Why all this coverage?
Are we buying used flea market junk?
Anyhow, we just bought the TV and Polk Sound bar. We already had a $400 Swivel TV mount that was Installed during our renovation 10 years ago.
Overall were rating Best Buy 3/5 only because of the nonsense of trying to up sell us more then what we specifically stated our budget is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Buy really delivered (pun intended) on their curbside pickup option. I was on the hunt for a popular phone accessory, which was sold out at the two closest stores to me. One of the employees found it at this location, and walked me through the order process. Best Buy doesn’t have free Wi-Fi, and my battery was dangerously low, so the employee typed in the store password for me. I loved how he sanitized his hands before touching my phone!
I wasn’t sure if the order would go through by the time I reached this location, but it did. I thought it might be easier to go into the store myself, but parking in this very busy plaza can be hectic. There are a few spots right in front for curbside pickups.
I checked in online, using the “ready for pickup” email. It took a few minutes, but an employee came out and checked my two pieces of ID. She placed the item in my trunk, and gave me some time to check the order before leaving.
Off I went, easy breezy! I will definitely take advantage of this service again.

This place has a well laid out floor with all the electronics displayed according to their brands. TVs, projectors, kitchen appliances, keyboards, etc. they have it all.
Lots of parking as well so it was convenient to access as well.
