He reassured me replacement was unnecessary and then proceeded to diagnose, fix, update and improve my PC. Jordan went above and beyond, from patiently and clearly explaining what was happening, to dropping off the laptop and then following up next day to make sure I was happy. I also appreciate the helpful tips and recommendations (some cost-saving), the extra troubleshooting over the phone and the offer of a modem to help fix the issue. Jordan completed the battery installation, cleaned the fan and even upgraded the RAM, all done in one hour! And the cost is very reasonable.
