He went above and beyond to the extent of even replacing controller chips on the SSD drive in order to try and save my data. Further to that I also provided him a liquid damaged apple MacBook Pro and despite corrosion and an uphill battle. He managed to get it working and fully functional. I highly recommend.

But we tried to fix it previous to the trip. The prediction for fixing was in accord with our necessity, but it got delayed. I understand the company's difficulty with the request for an item that got postponed. But they did not know how to handle the situation. After some calls, we managed to get to an agreement. But it could have been easier. We ended up without a working laptop or a refund simply because they had already done some work. The company even proposed keeping the computer until they fixed it thoroughly, without empathy with the client. Then we could do whatever we wanted with it, i.e., ship it to Brazil at our expense. The attendant shouted with me on the phone. iRepair nevermore.

After calling some of the larger repair chains who told me it would take 5-7 days to repair (because they don't do complicated repairs like that in their stores), I came across iRepairToronto who said they would start fixing it the same day, for about the same price as the larger guys. Once they started looking in to my issue, they realized that there was additional damage to internal components caused by the damaged charging port, and they fixed those as well. While the cost was more than I initially expected, they fixed all my issues the same day even though the issue was more complicated than inititally described - which definitely has significant value to me!

At first I was Abit hesitant but after speaking with him and taking my console there it worked well. He is Abit pricey but you get what you pay for. I urge anyone having issues with current gen console and need any repairs please reach out to victor he is amazing

Brought it here and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue by the next morning. Unfortunately there were 2 components (the HDMI port and the chip) that needed to be replaced, but that's not his fault. He got it done very quickly and texted me updates and video proof of the repair as he went along. Very professional and quick service.
