β β β β β Rahim, helped me with micro-sd transfer with great efficiency. Location is very convenient, I had trouble with my phone, he fixed all the problems in 10 minutes. Amazing.

β β β β β Tried to switch from one mobile provider to another, and ran into an impossible situation (problem was that the switch did not happen as planned and my incoming and outgoing text was disabled). Although Mobile Klinik set up the transfer appropriately, the two providers had interface problems. Tried to call both providers to see where the problem lay, and could not connect because they required that I first input a number that they would send via text (which I could not receive or respond to). Rahim was extremely helpful and ran effective interference with the providers, and eventually I got transferred. He then called me a day later to confirm that my connections were working ok. Great customer service.

β β β β β The woman who works afternoons is either clueless or lies through her teeth about company promotions.
The guy in the morning seemed more interested in switching my services to Telus than helping me get the phone I want. Plus, the "generous" trade-in price he was offering was an insult.
Mobile Klinik used be so good. Now they suck.

Pricing was very reasonable and especially when you are dealing with experts like Rahim at MobileKlinik. Now itβs go to place for me and my family for anything mobile. Happy to have found this place..
