β β β β β Pathetic customer service! The employees here, including the store manager are super rude and racists! They look down on brown people and use abusive language. I would never ever want to go to this store again! I would not even give 1 star if there was an option.

β β β β β I order popcorn chicken and I got regular chicken pieces. Also, the food is cold and very stale tasting in this location and the cashier wasnβt really friendly either.

No costumer service skills
My friend ordered chicken popcorns and got shrimp and the reason why they that was that everyone buys shrimp and we thought you want shrimp too
Then they continued that shrimp tastes better and you should just eat this.
Then he changed it with chicken tenders and they were not cooked either.
My friend has a bad allergy to shrimps.
I got myself a 3pc leg and breast and as you can see in the picture, it was just raw.

β β β β β The Indian female manager needs training on customer service, after messing up my order she offered to hand me the extra toppings and asked me to put it on myself. She was extremely unprofessional and rude!

β β β β β The cashier is so rude. I think she doesnβt understand the term customer service.
There is just one Cashier who is rude in particular, never had problems with others.
I had to wait for almost 20 mins for two spicy chicken legs, I believe she didnβt communicate it to the cook at the back as she was busy packing other orders.
There was one time I ordered from DoorDash and she cancelled the order, after waiting for 30 mins. And when I went there to collect my food. She said we donβt take DoorDash orders after 5 pm but I was able to order it from the app. If it was closed then it shouldnβt have picked up my order. And she was unnecessary rude to me to cover up her mistake.
Didnβt catch her name, starts with S I think. Doesnβt know how to speak to customers. Bad service from her as she is weird for no reason.
