★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the brand caters, but when I visited the Sheppard centre yesterday, it was unpleasant experience. When I was asking help to find scarfs, the lady pointed her finger and told me “oh, we don’t have scarfs, we have neck warmers, there are at far end where all the winter stuff are” instead of showing me where they are, and she was yawning. Very unprofessional. And when I found them, asked ANOTHER lady if there were other color options, she said “whats all we have” I said they are pink, I am buying for a boy, and she sighed and said the boys stuff are on the other side,Only black. But apparently they do have other colors blue, grey.. when I finally found them. And not to mention, the store closes at 6PM on Saturdays, by the time I finished shopping at 5:50 they close the door, a customer had to “beg” them to get in. I hope the store manager gets to see this, and manage the store accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small store with small inventory. Sales are okay, but they don't follow online sales, even when it says "online and in store" on their website.
Staff are not very friendly and don't really try to help you with anything. It's a convenient location, so I usually buy online for pick up there.
