★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love Cradle & Co. They have the best baby stuff and the staff is always super helpful. The monogram shop options is a big bonus as well! I've gone to shop for gifts for other babies and things for my own family and have always had a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got a Lovey for my nephew on the recommendation of the helpful staff at cradle & co...it was so much better than a teddy bear, as even a newborn can hug it! Such a sweet and simple product that I never would have considered without the knowledgeable and personable staff at cradle &co. Love the new storefront on Avenue Road! Would definitely recommend this place for gifts or your own kids!!!

The staff are super knowledgable and friendly, and they go out of their way to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I was really overwhelmed shopping for a stroller after a ton of research online, but it took the staff 2 minutes to rule out most of my choices and point me in the right direction! Will definitely be returning.

They carry such a wide variety of stylish and modern brands, and their customer service is next to none. The Cradle & Co team go out of their way to make every customer feel like family. I had the owner drive a gift basket to my house at 10 pm, because I needed it for a baby shower the next morning and completely forgot. I highly recommend shopping here! You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing store with kind staff and reasonable pricing. The store has many extra cute new born stuff. I found the design of the story very modern and harmonized. The mall has lots of free parking, and I recommend visiting this store for sure. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was truly disappointed with my shopping experience with this store. I made an order for a stroller on their website but due to an error on their website, it appeared that the color in their photo and the color in their description didn’t match. I called the store to cancel my order and at first they said they will cancel it for me. I then get a call from them later within an hour and they told me the order can’t be cancelled because they already ordered from the manufacturer. Nowhere on their website does it say orders can’t be cancelled, and I cancelled within 24 hours. Now I’m stuck with a stroller with a color I didn’t choose which I paid more than $1500 for. I wish they could’ve stuck with their word to cancel my order in the first place. This is very upsetting for us.
