★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most amazing facial with Alexandra who helped me get rid of a few milia that I had for a few months to my annoyance. The location is beautiful (though parking is very difficult - there are only a couple spots which are normally taken so I typically part on the side streets and walk in).
It is more clinical approach (i.e. no massage during steam or mask) but I felt like the extractions were thorough and very well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great appointment with Christine for Electrolysis and milia removal today. She was very quick and professional. I parked on the side street. After the appointment, since it was so close, I went next door to Ararat for a dozen lahmojoun for dinner. Yum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at this clinic was this week and all my expectations were exceeded! Great service, friendly and warm staff. Christine, who helped me book my appointment, is awesome! Samantha did my treatments and she was thorough, made sure I felt comfortable, heard, and understood which is extremely important to me. I'm very conservative and Sam catered to me and my comfort level while making recommendations that fall within my realm of comfort. The clinic is quite lovely with parking in the front. (I'm used to going to Yonge/Eglinton for similar treatments and parking was a nightmare.)
I wish I could give Aviva 10 stars based on my personal experience. I would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our 4.5 month old daughters ears pierced here, by Shilan (@medical.piercing on Instagram). She is a registered nurse practitioner and was very communicative and helpful. The process was smooth and as painless as possible for our little one. We would highly recommend her/the clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christine is AMAZING! I love her - she is so nice, professional, and knows what she is doing. She makes me feel welcomed and is totally non-judgmental. I am about half way through my laser hair removal and totally happy with my results so far. I love the chemical peel as well. My skin has improved significantly. She is a beautiful soul who provides wonderful service. I go here just for her!
