Bought rapid testing kits before Xmas. Paid through PayPal and received a phone call that tests were ready for pick up. Went to pick up and no test available for pick up. They said were unable to refund the money at that location and I needed to email for a refund. Would not consider this very good customer service.

I heard about FH Health from a credible source but alas! After all details asked I was tested. On the report was written that if we have any questions or concerns to call. I did call several times but received no answer. The expensive price does not equal the services in FH Health. I do NOT recommend this place. Look out for other places that are cheaper and more efficient.

无良机构千万别去，不然小心没法上飞机，小红书一搜全是被这家机构坑的案例。 Don't go to this agency for testing, they promised me to get the results early, but they still gave me the report when the flight stopped check-in and I couldn't take the flight at all. The following is my complaints letter： “I had three PCR tests and one antigen test done at your testing center. When I had the test done the first time, I was given the results at 8:00 pm and the second time at 10:30 pm. The third time I had the test done, I asked if it could be done earlier, and I got a reply that the sample would be picked up earlier on the weekend, so the results would be available earlier accordingly. And, the staff who took the sample said that the results will be out in time because they know the flight time tonight. Before taking the sample, each time I was asked about my passport, flight information, departure time, etc., but I waited until 10:30 pm to get the test results when I knew my flight was leaving at 0:05 on the 24th. According to the relevant policies of the destination country, we can apply for a green code only after we have obtained the third test result. And only after getting the green code, we can check-in for my flight. However, at 10:30 pm, the check-in had been closed and I cannot take this flight. During this time of waiting for the test results, I have been trying to contact your testing center through the phone number and live chat provided, but all I get is that I will get my results at midnight. It is weird since I do the test at 8:10 am on April 23rd and you know the departure time, but still caused the result that I cannot take the flight. I provided you with my result time and my Trip Sheet. I need an explanation and a refund for your delay in reporting the results of the tests I took for my flight, and I was unable to take the flight due to this situation. Also, I have reported this situation to the Embassy, they told me they have nothing to do but contact the testing center. ”

I was initially pretty nervous going in for my PCR test but I was honestly at ease with the nurse (Lynn) that assisted me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was also very kind and gentle/swift with the process. I definitely would recommend anyone and everyone to go here to get their test done! You’ll be in and out in no time!

Came here for my PCR test. Very clean environment with friendly staff. On time everything. Nurse Lyn explained clearly all the test options. Got my test done at 7am..Results were in 7:25am same day. Super fast and a great place. Highly recommended!

Virtual testing for our return trip to Canada was great. Nurse Chris-Michael was incredible , clearly explained the process and walking my entire family through their tests. Will definitely do when we travel again.

Lyn (amazing nurse) and FH have given me options of support I can’t imagine. I’m caring for elderly parents and siblings with COVID (bringing supplies - staying close), and being able to get an immune booster IV and other supplements has been absolutely transformational. I’m a lawyer who works, well until I sleep and start again. The convenience of their concierge service and the unbelievable kindness and understanding of Lyn, I hadn’t been able to clean properly and I was embarrassed), was absolutely amazing. Lyn has amazing EQ, medical knowledge and care. I rarely do online reviews - but I had lots of questions and if this helps to reduce anxiety and let them do their job (it’s so easy and so worth the price) - it could be life changing. I am deeply grateful. Thank you Lyn most of all. And thank you FH Health for having such a fantastic suite of services. So needed. Otherwise I would have kept pushing this off, and likely postponing it until I got actually sick. THANK YOU. You have my lifelong loyalty if you keep these services up and Lyn on staff (and I’m sure if you were good enough to hire Lyn, you made other good decisions too).
