D	Daniel M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using the Glengrove pharmacy for about a year and I only have praises for the personable service and first-rate dispensing advice given by Gabriel. As for the medical clinic I haven’t used any of the Doctors but my neighbour speaks highly of them, so overall a great location to get all your health services.
p	pretty young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Grell is one of the worst doctors I have come across. I have an elderly mother who requires pain medication. Dr Grell will only renew it for 10 days at a time. Not covered so expense is out of pocket every 10 days. Won't give refills or even a month supply. Requires a fax for renewal of prescriptions and then it takes more than 2 days to get it. My mom is in a great deal of pain and still nothing. Dr Grell also likes to take care of only one problem at a time. My mother has to travel from out of town to see her so taking care of one problem each time does not work!

This small space has every product you would need ( I did not know there were so many skin moisturizers ) beautifully displayed with no clutter. In a city where there is so much grabbing to survive, Gabriel has created a warm, service oriented atmosphere. He remembers your name and always has time to give his professional advice. This is my first stop for any drugstore purchase.

After this time it has gone down though, My other half needed fast medical attention and was told he would have to schedule an appointment after having a meet and greet with the Drs. I could understand if it wasn't obvious he needed a professional opinion ASAP. We could even understand when waiting months for a general check up, but not being able to set up an appointment with out a meet and greet is a tad ridiculous. We will obviously be using another clinic from now on as health is not a priority to this one.

It’s advertised that you should pay ahead for some kind of tab, just “in case” you need a doctors note or something outside of standard billing. This seems like a revenue scheme. Something a doctor who prescribes certain meds to get kick backs would do.

They make sure they attended to their patients/clients well . It might get busy at times and waiting time would be a lot longer but what can we do if the doctors has to make sure they spend good time with each patient? Marie and Elamie are the best ? and made sure they can be of help anytime. Answers and calls back all our calls. Faxed and email all the necessary documents that we needed. This is the kind of Medical Clinic that we need. God bless you all and stay safe. Congratulations to my Family Doctor too. ♥️?
