T	Tim Rodgers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended this place by a knowledgeable ski friend when needing to get new boots, skis and bindings, and I'm so glad I went here rather than a SportChek. The staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to ski gear and boot fittings, and are super patient and friendly to make sure you get what you need and that it all fits properly. Prices are no different than what you would pay elsewhere or online and the real human touch made the trip here well worth it. Will be coming back here for sure for any ski related matters!

Called and visited several big retailers, none of them would help me placing the order, even though they are listed as authorized retailer on Tecnica’s website (so is The Sign). I was so frustrated… until I called The Sign. They asked me to come in person and double checked my size, very conscientious of them, and voilà order placed. It’s that simple.

So timely and fair priced. Shout out to Dominic who spoke with me on the phone and helped me out with this pinch. I owe you dude! From this point forward The Sign has all my related business.
M	Mohammad Bashir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very well informed. We went on boxing so this may not be the most accurate review. We waited for a while because the staff was busy. When they got to us they were very helpful but their selection was low. We were still offered the option to order our skis separately. I'd highly recommend for ski advice, not highly recommend if you know what you want and are just looking for a wide selection.
T	Tolga Ekmen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin helped with customizing my ski boots and providing a custom sole to allow my high arch feet to finally be able to fit into a boot without pain. Kevin took his time to explain to me all the issues with my feet, go deep into what it takes to customize. I was educated on the whole process. Kevin gave me more information about my feet than my podiatrist! After 3 years of skiing, i have Kevin thank to allow me to ski without pain and finally move up to blue lines!!

Went back to the shop and the issue was dealt with without any finger-pointing or push-back. The Sign rapidly worked on getting us a replacement piece of equipment and got us back on the hill quickly. I want to acknowledge the customer-centric and professional service they always provide but was extremely impressed with how they handled this bizarre equipment issue. Been a customer a long time and will continue to come to the Sign. Special thanks to Andrew and Kevin....

I was looking for a ski bag and they had a sizeable selection and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in a bag with all the features I needed and at a price I wasn’t expecting. It was a great deal and it was perfect. It was a bit busy and all of the reps were with people and there were a few people waiting for service. The owner of the store noticed that and kindly took a few moments to help each of us waiting and then get back to the folks he was already with. What a great set of folks here and a fantastic place! Not only will I be back but I’ll also be telling all of my friends about this place. Thanks so much Sign of a skier, you folks are awesome!
