I've purchased three different style bikes from Sport Swap. Never an issue and great quality and good selection of Canadian bike brands. Staff and owner are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Brought 6 pairs of skis in for a tune a few days ago... staff came right out and helped sign them in right away. Super efficient even in this crazy pandemic situation. Skis are now in perfect shape to get out on the newly open slopes! Thanks Sport Swap Team! Shout out to Bill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid like the plague. Brought my bike for a broken chain replacement. Agreed to change the chain. They tried to sell me lights and a new derailleur as well. When I didn’t agree they just put my old chain back and charged full service fee. The chain is making the same sound as it was before it broke. I’m afraid it’s going to break any minute now and will put me at risk on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bike shop. Prices for repairs are very reasonable and they can usually turn small repairs around quickly. I really like that they don’t try and up sell you every time you come in for one thing by saying you need a new this and that as well. Added bonus: I had some scratches on my frame and they gave me a bit of paint to touch it up for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our eldest son's bike was making an awful grinding noise in the bottom bracket halfway through his week of bike camp. Suspected it wasn't properly serviced and dried up, cracking the bearings.
My father in law drove to Skiis and Biikes and Cyclepath in Yonge and neither could help urgently. He hoofed it to Sport Swap after remembering they moved from Bayview into the old Gears location.
Andy not only helped out to fix it up they also charged an incredibly reasonable price for the work. With the demand for bikes and bike services, these guys have earned more business from me (I have two bikes, my wife one, both my kids each) and I'll be sure to recommend them to all my riding buddies.
