Cyclepath has saved me untold times this summer after the usual pre-season tune-up. My bike has had 4 flats, one ripped tire, derailleur/shifting problems twice (I know I'm not supposed to ride in the cross gear, but I didn't think it'd get stuck there). Each time the staff have been super nice, patient, and have provided service as quickly as they could. From everything I know bike shops have been crazy busy during the pandemic and all the extra safety protocols make running any business more challenging. I just wanted to give a shout-out to the Cyclepath team to recognize how much I appreciate having them in the neighborhood!

I was initially thrown off by the bad reviews but rest assured, service is super friendly and efficient here at Cyclepath Norco. Currently there is a (1) person limit - I came in sometime August 30-31st, 2021 - but I appreciated the employee taking the time to quickly take a look at my blown out tire. He immediately knew where to grab the right tire size + tubes + all the misc items I purchased. I'll definitely be visiting again for all my bike needs. Tubes were pretty standard and inexpensive at $7.99, tire was a reasonable $39.99 (I was worried I'd have to spend somewhere close to $100 for one tire). Really great experience overall. Definitely recommend this shop.

Friendly, professional, and HONEST service for the 12+ years I've been a customer. Paul and the lads have done a few minor repairs for me at no charge, which is phenomenal.

The bike serviced machine was faulty and deflated my tire. I popped by and Matthew inflated my tire in no time. Higly welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend! Five stars!

Great service, great staff, just one problem! On december 30th i dropped off my bike and they called and told me to pick up my bike anytime before 5 the next day- so i got there at 4 and the place was dark, locked and closed! It was a long walk home! I really want to leave a 5 star but I'm miffed, i don't have my bike when i need it, and I can't get it on new years either. Help me out cycle path norco!

Not sure how this shop has such high reviews. I get the feeling that when someone posts a bad review they just add several 5 star reviews. I found them to be both rude and dismissive. First time I went in for a repair and the employee was rude and cocky, almost as if they are bike gods. They are dismissive because concerns are just brushed off, with a "Ive been in the business for 30 years." I went against my initial feelings and gave them additional business by purchasing a bike and this experience has been horrific. Really shaking my head in disbelief that they are still in business.

Amazing customer service from everyone in the shop, especially Andrew who helped me put together parts to rebuild my old bike! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. As someone who isn’t that handy when it comes to bikes he made me feel very comfortable asking questions and gave me the confidence to try and rebuild my bike!
