Focused my needs down to the essentials; offered specific options tailored to me; adjusted based upon my questions;and responded positively to my concerns. Buying $900 in a board and equipment without touching the equipment to an end result of a very happy camper here, is a testament to his skill and caring.Well done and happy to recommend. ( old time user of Boardsports some 20 plus years ago; happy to know they are still great at what they do- excellent products and smart personnel)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many years of occasional windsurfing, retirement has given me more time to become reacquainted with the water sport that I love. For my first new board in about 15 years, I turned to Boardsports, who has been steadfast supporter of the windsurf community since the early days. The team was great, from sales, through demo on set up for my new gear, and making sure that I had everything needed. Can't wait to get on the water to blow away the Covid 19 cabin fever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a Duotone E-Pace 5.8m2 windsurfing sail from Boardsports and their customer service was excellent from the time I placed the order over the phone to the following day when I picked up the sail. I hadn't set foot in Boardsports in over a decade, but you can be sure I will be back in the New Year to pick up some additional windsurfing gear. In these COVID times, It's refreshing to find a shop that actually has the inventory listed on their website on hand in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up a new slalom ski package with ton of support and guidance from Mac. First time being a customer of NorthLine - I will definitely be back. Service was above great - pricing was fair and guidance that was provided to help me pick out the best ski option for my son was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new snowboard setup here yesterday, a really great experience - I didn't catch the salesperson's name but he wore a Lake Louise hoodie, and really knew his stuff, and presented me a good range of options and different types of boards and bindings to choose from - this is my first board so I really appreciated his patience and good advice. Will definitely be coming back here for future snowboarding gear. Can't wait to hit the slopes on my new board this weekend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snowboards, skis, skateboards, longboards, bikes, and accessories for all of them.
They did a great wax and sharpen on my skis and snowboard. Super reasonable price, and fast turnaround.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable - gave me some tips on good snowboarding in the region, and one of the guys carried out a pair of skis to my car for me which was nice.
I'll for sure be back for bike tune ups in the spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys give amazing service. They were great help in choosing a foil for by windfoil board. I went with a Fanatic Flow 1500 but I received it the manufacturer had put the wrong front wing in the package. A quick email from me with photos and what had happened that had a new foil on it's way to me the same day. They also emailed me a return playbill to send the other back.
I live in BC and they are in Ontario, I try to support local if I can but if you can't get it local I recommend them.
Thanks for all your help, you give amazing advice and customer service.
